Over the weekend there was fraud on my account, I called Monday morning to my branch manager Andrea and by 10:00AM, I had a new card and the fraud is being looked at! Thank you for your incredible customer service.

I have used this bank for years And until recently, they had very excellent customer service.I go to the bank every afternoon at the same time to make a deposit. , and now, when there are no cars in the drive thru, I have to wait almost 10 minutes before they come to the window and then another 10 minutes till they're officially closed. Before they come back with my receipt. this is unacceptable. I don't know who is taking care of this store on Cortez, but it needs to change. My time is just as important as your time, just because you are closing in 30 minutes does not give you any right to make me wait in line for that 30 minutes to get my receipt of my deposit. Plus, not once have I been told they're sorry are the wait. This has happened the last 5 tines.

The staff here are all friendly, well-dressed, and knowledgeable, and their excellence makes banking with Ameris Bank a great experience. So far I've only had experience with their free checking, and I plan to discuss a personal line of credit with a banker in early 2024.

I enjoy going to Ameris Bank, I went there because Joann Baker helped me put money into Savings, CD's & Money Market accounts. Now I find she has been terminated, along with another teller, Jose, also was terminated. Both were extremely efficient. Were they terminated because of their age? Kind of disappointing. The branch was on 53rd Ave. E, Bradenton, FL. 34203

My business account disappeared from my online banking. After the frustration of many errors over several days of misinformation my bank manager Andrea and I solved the problem. Andrea Diffendal is the only reason my accounts remain in your bank. She is professional knowledgeable and patient.

I have to give this waffle house. at least 4 and 1/2 * I was greeted by a friendly hello the only time I met another Doreen was at the Drift ! That's 2 for 2. I'm golden

Ever since this company took over my last bank fidelity, I've had nothing but issues, their policies and applications reflect a practice of deductions versus credits, where the bank acknowledges the deduction before credits, essentially you put money in and they wait until tomorrow to rob you for a loss first, I will never recommend and will cease all my accounts and business accounts as soon as possible

There are no branches that stay open on Friday past 5pm. This bank, and their level of service has so declined that I'm embarrassed for them. Friday after work is generally 5pm. You can't then get to a branch by 5pm. Drive up closes at 4pm. Customer Service . . . Nope.

Personnel at the bank were nice, and provided good service. However, it takes over 2 weeks to get checks, and a debit card; seems a little long given the digital age we live in.
