Bummer, was offered thru email to join for a free meal with opportunity to RSVP at the new location in Parrish at 10am today, when I saw the email at 11am, I went to RSVP and was already booked for both days on Family & Friends day thos weekend. I called to verify if it was indeed true and worker informed that they had already been booked for those days. Why send emails out knowing the offer is already booked? Very disappointing as I already invited others to join me without knowing they were booked. š« šŖš„²

First Watch is normally a great place however, on November 20, 2024 at their new location - 5723 Red Bug Lake Rd, Winter Springs, FL 32708 I had a bad experience. I am a dog person. I love dogs and have many dogs over the years but I know better. Even though they have the sign in the front window āservice dogs onlyā and the managers are trained to keep pets out they let a āsnowflakeā couple in with their DOG ā¼ļø I was enjoying my birthday brunch with my son, and as the server was placing some of the food on our table this couple just walked by and their dog almost ate my breakfast sausages š”š”. It put it nose on our table, but the couple quickly pulled him back and sat down two booths over. After I finished eating, I went over and took some video of the āsnowflakesā and their dog, asking them if that was a legally registered service animal. They looked at me and laughed and said it was their emotional pet. I went and talked to the manager and discussed the situation. He admitted that when the couple came in, he felt they were lying as they had no service animal information for their dog. Another manager came over and they were both obviously, very flustered by the situation and apologized repeatedly. I told them I would be filing a complaint with First Watch corporate and the county health department. And if any of you snowflakes complain about this review, Iāll just block and delete youā¼ļø

Company is different now; cannot place a phone order. The store refused to take the order. Like someone else said, I was driving also and could not order online. Ended up going elsewhere. There are so many options.
Also asked to substitute the high carbohydrate / high sugar muffin and was told I was unable to but could substitute this for bread/toast.
Two missed orders. I ended up making food at home and saved money, time, and aggravation. The customers are the reason places stay in business.

I cannot say enough about David and his team at the Williamsburg, Virginia "First Watch" My parents were recently visiting Williamsburg, and, unfortunately, took ill during their time there. Stranded with limited provisions, the family being scattered felt helpless to assist, only being able to send delivery service meals. David, the manager at First Watch, and his team took extra care in making sure my parents had every available resource lovingly packed with the delicious breakfast. 0ur parents were so happy they sent us all pictures of the meal (which I have not been authorized to share, but trust me it looked delicious š„°), and we felt like we had extended family in the area with such a kind generous restaurant team. Thanks again you guys šš ~ at a time of such discord and uncertainty, finding authentic compassion and genuine hospitality meant a lot to us ~ we will be seeing you on our next visit in November'āš¾

Unfortunately, I had another issue wi5h regards to not receiving what I had ordered, and it's getting ridiculous! Today 5-16-24 I asked for a side of tomato but didn't receive it. Now this is only a $.99 item however, this is the norm when I order and I don't get it. Does anyone care at this restaurant? Especially the people who put the orders together and the person who puts their initials ( signature ) on the taped bag, signifying the order is complete? I enjoy going into this restaurant Sunday morning in part because I very rarely have an issue!!

Ordered a gift card 18 days ago on their website. Its still being processed. Their excuse is that they've had an unusually large number of gift card orders. Their website indicates that gift cards are processed and shipped usually within 24 hrs. Ha!!

No peanut butterāa breakfast staple! Cāmon, thatās a $4 fix. Even ānaturalā PB lasts 9 months in the fridge. The local manager offered a lame story about āa peanut butter recallā. Really? No excuses.

There's need be change where bussers don't have roll silverware. No restraunts requires bussers to roll silverware. That's only a host job. Y'all need to fix this immediately.
