The website says they are open. My family and I are out side waiting. The doors are locked. Two teenage girls are also waiting outside. I called the store and no answer. Another family came in. But doors are still locked. It's 11:10 am

Went in here today to grab some Christmas presents. Asked an employee what they would recommend etc. She was extremely helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Her name was Madelyn and I will definitely be coming back soon!

The Five Below newest store on Manatee and 75th has been open since October 2023.This hidden gem of a store is loved by teens, twens, and all in between.They have the cutest stuff in most categories. Clothes, pet products, candies, blankets, and sweet little pillows.Toys, health, and beauty. Thing a bobs and thing amagigs, things a plenty!Just a fun store to look around, or buy a few.Be sure to come on in for birthdays and holidays. Great holiday stuff for your pets too.Don't forget to buy dog toothpaste here. Thanks for reading.

the people here are weird i went in today they had half the lights off no music it seemed closed i went to go ring up my stuff and the dude took it from me and started ringing it up himself at the self checkout and i wanted to put my stuff in separate bags i also had things with glass that just got thrown around, while other people got to checkout normally. very weird.

Tammy, an employee, made me feel super uncomfortable . She was watching me the entire time then proceeded to try and check only me out at self checkout whilst allowing others to check themselves out . Get better employees !

Not sure what the bad reviews are about but we loved this place! It appeared clean and organized and had a plethora of affordable products both name brand and generic. There were 2 or 3 employees.. didn't really appear to be doing anything but standing near the front however maybe they had nothing to do at the time so can't fault them for that. The young gentleman with the longer hair was their when we went to check out and he was kind and smiled...since we weren't paying in cash we did have to do self checkout which I guess is becoming the norm for most businesses now. I don't mind self checkout but it does suck when you have to do it literally everywhere! Overall, we will be visiting again!
