Great Florist , very helpful and beautiful flowers! They made that made sure that my order was delivered when I needed it to be and they even gave me extra flowers and that was awesome!!

Ordered and payed for Valentines day flowers to be delivered 2/14. FLowers were ordered 2/8. NO flowers by 2pm. Called and spoke to someone and was told " they are on the truck and will be there by 4." It's now 5: 30 and no flowers. No one answering at the phone number. Very poor way to do business.

Made out of state order on line for my wife on valentines day. My wife said it was the best flowers she has ever received. When I was looking for a florist in the area on line, this florist also had the best value. Other florist up charges were way to high because it was Valentines day

I had a flower delivery sent to me by Lakewood Ranch Florist by my best friend up north. The flowers delivered were for my birthday and the arrangement was lovely. I enjoyed the medley of colors and flowers and the box it came in was distinctive and unique. I will not hesitate to utilize this florist when the need arises. Thank you, Lakewood Ranch Florist, for my beautiful arrangement!

First of all it is not a self-standing business anymore it's now inside the Publix second there was nobody there there's plenty of there was some flowers in the case but they had names on them I needed roses for a lady that I know I had to go find another place

Our children ordered a beautiful Teleflora arrangement, Pretty in Peony. A pretty pink arrangement with peonies and hydrangeas accented with stems of eucalyptus. There was not one peony in the arrangement and two small stems of eucalyptus. Instead of the fragrant pink peonies, the florist substituted 5 very small white, non fragrant cala lillies. The florist said that the peonies did not arrive. I asked him why they accepted an order they could not fill. No answer to that, but was told that you agree to a possible substitution when you place the order. He said that the order had been "filled to cost". He continued to say that the flower industry had been "hit hard" when it came to their product needs. I asked why they did not call my kids to let them know that the flower NAMED in the description was not available, he replied that they had 154 orders to fill. Once again, if you are that busy and cannot fill the order with a flower even close to the original, why did you accept the order from Teleflora?

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. STEVE delivered the flowers sent for my birthday. Due to a recent stroke, i am using a walker. STEVE set the flowers where i could enjoy them. He allowed me the dignity of understanding without judgement. Thanks for beautiful flowers and delivery.

I ordered online for a funeral the next day at 2pm. Got an email at 11:40am the next day that they didn't have a shipment and they couldn't complete the order but for $50 extra they can set me up with an order with another company. This is very poor customer service. If they didn't order on time for supplies, why do I have to pay $50 extra. Tried to give business to a local, last time for this business.

Revived flowers for a bday and thought the bouquet deserved a review . Not sure if there process but flowers are nice and have stayed looking fresh for few days now

I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers on Dec. 11th and they were still beautiful when I left on Dec. 20th so I put them in the refrigerator. Returned on Dec. 28th and they were still lovely so I got to enjoy them a few more days. Will finally say good bye today. I would definitely recommend this florist.

Extremely disappointing service. Poor communication from management. Highly unacceptable delivery protocol, not communicated at time of order. Lack luster follow through with empty promises. Exaggerated cost, did not honor quote verbally given. Do yourself a favor, choose a different Florist. There is a reason why this business has a high turnover. One word: Management.
