I booked jets skis on Oct 11They. Took my money didn't show up their. Jetskis and don't answer the phone or email to not very very upset over it. All shouldn't take their money. When u say u going be somewhere u should be there

First time jet sking in Miami and we had such an amazing experience. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Miami Beach. Ivan and Alaine did an amazing job as guides.

DO NOT GO HERE. My family and I went here for rentals and my jet ski (with myself and 4 yo son) ended breaking down halfway through the ride. The owner immediately blamed us for doing something wrong even though we did absolutely nothing. Ended up with a charge on my card for $1500. Currently in dispute with the charge but save yourself the time and DO NOT GO HERE.

They transferred us to freedom jet skis and refused to pay them for their services and tried to keep the tip when they did none of the work. Go with freedom jet skis instead. They also charged for gas and they are not supposed to do that

This is the best place to go they are very accommodating. And cheap!! I would recommend to any and everyone. The workers are so nice and have great energy and spirits when coming to new riders.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! As I’ve seen on other reviews, same thing has happened to other people. Seems like a TOTAL scam! We’re having to dispute charges from this place after having a horrible experience and being stranded out in the middle of the bay for at least 2 hours. Had to be towed over to a random dock from a nice by passer. This was after calling the company to come pick us up after the jet ski stopped working 4 minutes into our ride. Then we were threatened with a police report for uber-Ing back to the rental location to pick up our belongings and leaving the jet ski tied to the dock we were towed to. They finally let us know after 3 hours of us being stranded and waiting around on these people with no food, water, or sunscreen that they found the jet ski & we’re filing a police report on us. Also blaming us for a broken part on jet ski that we had we had no control over whatsoever. These people leased us a bad jet ski and left us stranded. Con artist if you ask me! Just trying to save someone else all this trouble on their vacation! Address located at 8383 manatee ave, W Bradenton FL. 34209 (fun waves rental). Screw this place and stay far away from these people!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! Booked and paid in full for two jet ski rentals. I arrived at the location 30 minutes before the set meeting time. There was no attendant or jet skis in sight. The time slot had come and passed and there was still no one in sight. I waited an additional half hour past my scheduled time and no one bothered to show up. I called the number listed on the website and Yelp numerous times and no one answered the phone or returned my calls. I wasted two hours of my day on vacation because of this rental "company". The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unheard of. Now I get to waste even more of my time calling my credit card company to report this as fraudulent charges. Save your self the headache, and book with a legit company on the island, because these people are by far the most irresponsible company owners I have come across.
