Dont rent here, they jack up your rates only after four months and the roof leaks. My unit is soaked. Somebody from corporate better talk to me. The roof is still leaking into my unit 6/19/2025

Loretta was outstanding. I called, left a message, she immediately contacted me back. She was very easy to talk to and told me to come on in. I came in the next morning, she showed me the unit, she was thorough and knew the answer to all of my questions. She was not pushy (which I appreciate). She was quick explaining the process (which was way less complicated than any other storage facility! Lol). No long drawn out over explanation…thank goodness. Billing there is very simple and the rate even without first month free was the better overall choice! $72 a month for a 10 x 15 climate controlled! Best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage unit by far! I even applied for a job that’s how impressed I was! Go Loretta!! Thank you for keeping it real!KP

Where do I start? Ok, this location is disgusting, outside and inside. They must have a rodent infestation since there are rat bait boxes everywhere inside. After being here for 4 years I have had enough! Climate control is terrible, always hot inside. Bathrooms are always locked because they don’t work, today they were unlocked and smelled like rotting fish. They were not supposed to be open apparently. This location is in a really bad part of town. Carts are locked up because they are always getting stolen and when you do get one they have flat tires. Corporate should come In and get this place in order. Moved out today because of these issues. I would suggest staying away from this place at all costs. It is a bit cheaper than others for a reason.

Get deals online as far as first month free and what not. There are different prices for the same units based on it's distance from an access point. There are 3 different access points. And above all else, the prices are very very reasonable. Ohh and an added plus is the staff are really kind and good people!!

Well I went into the office and wanted to see what the prices were on a storage unit.The manager took me over to see if the 5x10 would be enough to put my stuff in she was so professional so I said I'll be back and I did she was great the other guy was there for support and was doing a fine job.If anyone needs a locker come talk to the office manager .

Do not use this storage facility!! The manager is taking advantage of people that are trying to recover from financial difficulties and domestic violence abuse. She was given a lump some of money for the units and it making it impossible for these people in need to get their stuff taking care of. She’s unprofessional and a liar. Take your money else where and don’t get scammed by this woman! Zero stars!!!!!!! The corporate office should fire her for unethical conduct.

I just rented a unit sept 29 and experienced being locked out of my unit so I couldn’t get the rest of my things in the unit. Reason. Office staff k ew Hope center was preparing the remainder of move in fee and payment for the up coming November payment but needed cooperation with a print out for their records to issue a check to cover all fees for monthly rent. We needed to open the unit to get my special needs slip proof shoes for a new job and spouted out the he would have to cut the lock to get his shoes. We paid the office the 40.00 but then was told he could not be on the property so I am a 65 year old woman with physical disabilities myself. So now I have to find yet another storage unit to move my stuff to. A 10 by 30 unit with heavy furniture and my special needs son can’t help me move the contents and he starts the new job and had to buy yet another pair of slip proof shoes. The reason for this unit was because we had to get a restraining order for his protection and didn’t want the abuser to know where our belongs were. I dont have help other than him and so I guess if you are special needs you will find discrimination against the disabled if you rent here. We have had multiple units over the past three years at this location and never expected this kind of discrimination towards the simple minded intellectually challenged. They could have chose for him not to come to the office but to say he isn’t allowed at our unit so we could finish moving our stuff and how am I supposed to move all the contents now. We already live in a vehicle from struggling and now this. I would say they need more compassionate people working that understand the special needs and communication skill. Not everyone is the same. I would give zero stars if it was an option at this point. Now the Hope center has to start over and it will cost a great deal more money that we don’t have
