This place has a great selection but it's hard to get help on a Saturday from staff members. They seemed preoccupied with checkout rather than customer service this location also has a room for lessons.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE walked in prepared to spend $5,000 on a new guitar and amp. when i asked an employee for help getting it from the top shelf the man said word for word “im not gunna go get it if youre not going to buy it” completely unprofessional and put such a bad taste in my mouth i walked out and will never return. super classy guys??

I brought. a 60 year old banjo in to be evaluated and repaired. Their luthier -technician examined it for free and gave me a full characteriization of what needed to be done. He explained that the repairs were beyond their shop capability. I appreciated the clairiy of the diagnosis and the honesty of their self evaluation. He suggested a shop to contact. This began a bit of a phone trek through 3 more luthiers. Each explained they could not fix it and recommended me to another and in the end it was fixed by one of the subsequent recommendations, a luthier near Tampa.

Worst sales team and staff EVER. I actually called in an $800 order and said I'll be right there and the 2 sales guys still continued to ignore me and chat about nothing pertaining to business...while I stood right there in front of them waiting. There was no one else in the store! I kept returning to them but they didn't get the message, so I grabbed the monitors myself from the pile and pushed them toward the register. Unbelievable. I could have went behind the register...no one paid attention or cared. The only reason I even went to GC was to get them right away. These guys should be fired.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service in your store.I was in yesterday looking to purchase speakers and some lighting.I literally was in the store for 30 minutes looking and not one associate approached me to see if I needed help.I finally just left.I again today returned to the store and again no one approached or even acknowledged me, after 15 minutes I left.The s1pro plus speakers I was looking at had a sign that said $50.00 off but the very small print in the bottom right showed that the offering date had expired! No one bothered to remove the sign.I try and buy locally to help our economy but I guess my business isn’t needed. Therefore, I will go one line and order my equipment and not have to deal with poor customer service issues.I will not order from Guitar Center!!!

They need more people to work at the store. No one ever has time to even check you out, let alone answer questions.
