I have been using this bank and this specific location for years. I couldn't be more happy. Nadine, John, Lynne, Maxine and the rest of the staff are amazing! Every experience I have had has been positive. If there were issues with anything all I had to do was call and Nadine made sure that things were handled. She is extremely kind and caring. This always makes someone feel good when they come in or call. Please know that this is greatly appreciated and I wouldn't want to use another bank! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful!

Only one challenge question and it’s ridiculous! Asking what my least favorite food was when I was a child! Now that I’m almost 80 I obviously can’t remember ‼️ To make matters worse is that I’m on vacation in Central America and happened bad internet connection. The staff at my ocean springs Bank is the only positive and helpful group of young ladies.

I have banked with this bank for years. Rusty and Nadine have always been a big help amd very kind. However they hired a new girl and ever since then it has made me not want to go there because she is rude, unkind, and never smiles. She is not an asset to your team and usually she's in drive through. Hopefully someone talks to her about that otherwise it will drive people away from this bank.

God forbid you go there at 3:50 to make a deposit and get a change order they act like it’s the end of the world. I guess they don’t realize that most of the working world doesn’t get off at 4 in the afternoon.

Excellent staff and always willing to help. I recently opened up a business checking account with them and the process was so easy. They have all of the online tools and apps of the larger banks, with the feel of a local bank. Thank you to Terry Wells and her staff at Hancock Whitney. Looking forward to doing business with you for many years.
