My first massage here was with Connie. She is AMAZING and so knowledgeable. I had gotten in a car wreck and my symptoms started to flare up again so I got an appt 30 minutes from the start time. Connie was right on time and ready when I got there- I even got my full hour! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and let me rant about life afterwards!I think the only drawback is that it was a little distracting to hear the other employees outside of the room chatting occasionally throughout the session while I was getting the massage, but this does not take away from how much Connie helped me enjoy life again!

I've got to give it to Hand and Stone – they've nailed the art of customer service. Every time I walk in, the reception staff greets me with a smile and gets me sorted out in no time. What drew me in; I've got sensitive skin, and finding someone who gets it is extremely difficult. Every time I go into this Hand and Stone for a facial, the estheticians take the time to chat with me, explain what they're doing, and make sure I'm comfy every step of the way. They tailor the whole experience to fit my skin needs. I've made it a monthly tradition to swing by Hand and Stone for my selfcare day. The way they genuinely care about their clients have made them my go-to spot. Seriously, if you're looking for skincare that's not only effective but also feels like it's been crafted just for you, Hand and Stone is where it's at. Their top-notch service and awesome staff make every visit a treat. So, check out Hand and Stone, you won't regret it!

LOVED my experience here, I can see why they’re always so booked out! They have such a peaceful atmosphere as well. My massage with Harold was absolutely perfect and much needed! When it came to booking my next service they were very accommodating and made me feel so welcomed. I wish I could go every day!

Beware, My husband and I have been going to hand and stone for a bit over a year for couples massage, For that year we scheduled for every 2 weeks like clockwork. As a member they occasionally offer gift certificates at a reduced rate and since my husband and I went on a regular basis we invested in around $2000 in those certificates. We live in FL in a tourist area and in season they get really busy," but" I assumed since we were vigilant about scheduling it wouldn't be a problem. NOT the case, Since the certificates were non refundable our scheduling that we had mysteriously disappeared from their system not once but TWICE within a 3 week period causing us to lose our appointments. They are sweet on the phone but in reality they really don't care. The first time they lost our schedule they basically blamed my husband and I, the second time I was told that they were going to check with their IT department to see if someone hacked their system only because I SAVED the appointment time sent to me by them in a file folder on my computer " I guess they only deleted my appointment's" . There are only 2 reasons why this would happen 1. I was severely burned when I was a child and have a lot of scar tissue on my body and their therapist don't want to work with me, or 2. it's high tourist season and I have around $1500 left of NON REFUNDABLE certificates I purchased so they bumped my husband and I to schedule other people that don't have memberships or certificates and they are here part time so they can make more money, ' they forced us to go on what they had left which were bad times for my husband and I! We either have to forfeit the $1500 we already paid them, they actually suggested give it away, or bite the bullet and be forced on whatever left over appointments they have! My next step, contact the Better business bureau. it may not make a difference but people need to be aware that they really don't care about their clients, Especially if they already have your money!

Absolutely amazing customer service over the phone from E. I haven’t booked a facial in years and I called Hand and Stone massage and facials and E recommend a facial that fits my needs! She told me about the adds on and other good information to know! I definitely appreciate all the information and the kindness she gave me with all my questions! Thank you again E for the great service!

Staff was very welcoming and the massage therapist was wonderful. The whole experience was very relaxing, exactly what I needed. Great deals on membership as well!

Wanted to buy a 50 minute massage gift certificate for the introductory price advertised of $69 and when she rang it up she said it was $109 . I’ve never been to this place nor will I go back .
