This store was a good size with lots of products. I got my basic drill bits and then I found unexpected sales that saved me lots. I got a painters canvas floor cover for a sale price I couldn't pass up. Then I found some odd tools and fittings that I knew I would use at a great price. I spent like $23...my buddy spent $56 but all worth it. The quality is what you pay for.
No surprises.

The cashier was extremely rude by telling me where to stand. Next time say with a smile on your face, excuse me sir for the privacy of our other customers will you please stand over there? I know the sign isn’t very big and it’s easily missed. Thank you” not bark orders at me.
Then when I was cashing out she tried to “save me some money” by charging me for a membership that I didn’t ask for. She got mad when I didn’t buy the membership.
Not very professional. If I didn’t need this tent I would have walked out.

I bought Warrior electric drill. I have used it a couple times. Now the chuck won’t loosen to change bits It’s crap.

Nice selection,not everything listed on sale was available. Employees not very helpful, but courteous. Was ignored the entire time I shopped, but once I paid was offered help with large product.

People that grumpy should never wait on the public! There was a grumpy old guy in the back of the store helping a customer. And then when I got to the front of the store I saw him at the register and I hoped I wouldn’t get him. I thought yay when I got the other guy. His name was Kevin, his name tag said Manager and he was grumpier than the other guy. I commented about the coupon and asked where do I find that. He said it would be in my email or on the website so you can check one of those. Took me a few minutes but I found it. And then it was additional work for him to enter it into the computer to save me $1.50. That’s the only reason I went there.
Corporate people should be so fortunate to read this review and note that their customer services is not on par at this
location. You’re welcome…

Go online looking for tile saw blade! Online says spend $30 get bucket so I go in spend 46+ to be told coupon or membership lol free is free if you have to something then it's NOT free!!

The overall merchandise is great. However, the cashier/shift supervisor Chuck started yelling at me when I returned a set of sockets. I asked him to calm down and treat others how you’d like to be treated. The gentleman’s name is Chuck. Stay far away from him because he seems to not like his job. I rather drive to the one in Sarasota then come to this one ever again!
