What I thought was going to be this huge undertaking for my Son and I became a smooth, streamlined, and pleasurable experience thanks to Ginger’s help, knowledge, and amazing attitude! Ginger was great to work with. The storage facility was easily accessible, rates were competitive, and met my needs post hurricane renovation. The location was central and the grounds were clean and operation well organized. Highly recommend

Everything was great till the new company took over. Now you have to watch your back because at any minute they'll change policy on you. Its like the cable company that changes your rate every billing period to whatever they feel like charging you. I miss the days where company were honest and upheld their end of deals. I rather throw my stuff i had in the unit away than continue to patronize this establishment or anything istorage

This location is kept very clean and quiet from everything that I've seen there. Ginger, in the office, is more than willing to help with your needs and she is always a calm soul while doing it.

Took away electric but raised the prices and continues to raise price every 3-4 months!! Also took away prorated days. Now you pay for the entire 30 days even if you only use 1 day. They are greedy! Only Giving 2 stars because the managers on duty are nice people and they do the best they can.
