I had the worst experience at this place. Please don’t come here — you’ll end up being screwed over like I was. When they wanted my business, they gave me a discount, but when I had just three days left, they overcharged me for a full month. Don’t come to this place, or you’ll end up in the same situation I’m in.

Never thought I'd review and be so happy with a Storage facility! But Belinda the Manager is incredible, and everything always works! Keypads, office, everything is smooth and easy. A nice property too with water dump/fill.

The manager should really give out the correct information on the phone . Drove 45 min said they take cash passed 2 banks could have stopped anytime before I got their . And then theirs nothing she would do expect make me drive 6 miles to my bank

DO NOT rent a storage unit from iStorage because they will increase your storage unit rent shortly after you move in. The price that is on the website is only a bait and switch to get you to rent a unit. This is what happened to me. I am renting two 5 x 10 storage units, one inside and one outside. For the outside unit, I was paying $35 a month when it was Hide-Away Storage. I just received a notice from iStorage that my rent is increasing to $82 per month. I have only rented this unit 2 months. For the inside unit, I was paying $71.38 a month when it was Hide-Away Storage. I just received a notice from iStorage that my rent is increasing to $96 per month. I have only rented this unit 5 months. I am moving out before the price increase takes effect. iStorage is way over priced, compared to other storage facilities in the area.

The unit that we rented at NSA Storage ( formerly Hide-Away Storage) on Hwy 64 I Bradenton, FL started renting to us at $69/mo. Hide-Away increased a couple of times…& I believe that NSA has raised the price twice in the last year. We received notice of the last increase too late to cancel the last month & they do not pro-rate either. They are now over $140/mo for their smallest unit like we had…something like 6x10. We moved everything out because of the price increases. Like I told the ladies at the front desk (all of the people working at that location are great), we would pay more in 6 mos than what the stuff was worth…and in another 6 mos could save enough to buy it all back. Everyone should consider donating items & closing the rent on their units. These owners are only being greedy.

Within moments of reserving a unit on line, I received a pleasant welcome by phone from Tammy. She was courteous and professional, just as she was in site to complete our transaction, when she simultaneously dealt with several customers while managing to make us all feel welcome. Tammy is an excellent and capable brand representative. The unit itself was spotless, and easily accessible. Overall great experience!
