Later in the evening on a Sunday No problem finding a parking spot, easy in easy out,no wait-or issues at the self check out
Informative and helpful in both the lighting and paint departments associates.

Went in looking for spray foam insulation and Kevin went above and beyond helping to find it when it appeared to people that they just didn't have it. And Aaliyah was wonderful at the self checkout. Had a very pleasant trip to Home Depot for once so it warranted a shout out to awesome employees

When I use the Self checkout, I do so to not be bothered with small talk or old birds hovering over me, scanning my items, then asking me if I'm paying with cash or card. If they'd stay the F out of my way, the question wouldn't need to be asked, much less answered. If you're bored, take a magnet off the shelf and sweep the parking lot for screws and nails. I've picked up 2 in as many months at this location. The last thing I need is to be irritated by old hens hovering in my way whilst I'm in a rush to simply scan and pay for my stuff. It's a SELF check out. Help only those in need. So irritating.

Customer service is awful at this location. I asked associate Chuck for assistance locating a dehumidifier. Chuck said “I don’t know… it could be at the other side of the store or in the front section of the store.” He never offered to look up the item nor did he offer to find another associate that might know where the item was located. I used the Home Depot app for item location which was not helpful either. I then saw chuck talk to another associate but never offered assistance to me afterwards.

Rude staff that will lie to you just to get you to go away when you're trying to find something. No one cares about anything. I swear they just make up an aisle and then go hide in the break room for half an hour.

Came in here yesterday hoping to gather cement and some items for a platform for a basketball hoop to sit on.
They barely have help.
Also needed a key made. No one around, so I went to a cashier to call someone to come make keys. By time I got back, there was a line of six people.
Eventually, someone showed up.
Left my adult daughter to stand in that line, while I headed for cement.
No one in that area either.
Another shopper put cement in my cart. Then off to accessories, for a trowl and cement tub.
The tubs were at the very top.
Again, went to seek help. No one came. Finally gave up, went to check out, cement & key.
All in all, it was not a good trip to Home Depot. I suggest you pick a different location. Not the Cortez store.
Ordered the tub online from a different location. Being delivered today for free. Was not a happy experience, like the days of old.

The location at 2350 Cortez Rd W, Bradenton, FL 34207 cannot seem to answer their phone. This is kind of weird, since they generally hire adults to work there. These "adults" generally hide out, supposedly researching cabinet designs for non-existent customers in the cabinetry section. The day this vulture of a store closes will be a day of celebration for me.

I needed plumbing parts and found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. I was also pleased to see staff helping customers with their questions. There is plenty of parking too.
