Unfortunately this store is fairly disorganized, staff is okay. More importantly they have a decent inventory of supplies needed for a huge variety of home projects.
Garden center is actually respectable.

Canoe creek resident in Parrish, noon. Just watched your careless mulch delivery driver use my Neighbors, beautiful front yard to back up and destroy their grass. Did he not think anyone was looking? The person that got the delivery vowed to never use you guys again and everybody on my block is going to one star you. With season approaching, you’re losing thousands in delivery orders. Moron driver.

Your Low brow driver backed his giant Mulch delivery truck up on my Super nice yard in Canoe Creek today, around noon. And the man did it when he thought no one was looking. Well, we were looking. I do NOT use HD for delivery for this exact reason, but my neighbor did. He used my front yard to back up and destroyed my grass. Totally pushed in and dented, compacted, all that. That’s the last time one of my neighborhood's orders from Home Depot. You guys are honestly so terrible. You easily lost a dozen mulch customers today on my block. D bags.

Had an issue with an item being returned because I lost the receipt by the time I found the receipt and presented it I ran out of time so therefore the item never got exchanged for the proper item

Will never buy an appliance or any form of major purchase from Home Depot again. I spent $2000.00 on a washer and dryer which was told to me numerous times was in stock and ready to be delivered and installed in 2 days. Come to find out the delivery date was pushed back a week and a half and the washer and dryer were not in stock to begin with. My wife went into the store and the manager refused to give her a receipt for the return and we had to call customer service to finalize everything. Lowes is the way to go apparently to get what you pay thousands of dollars for.

Tonight's service was awful! I asked for help to get items down no one showed had to reach and get it myself. Asked for a discount on the damaged ends of some 12 foot boards. I only needed 10'. Was told yes and then she did not give the discount. Please do better!

They do not publish most of the negative reviews. This is dishonest and misleading, just like my experience with the store. Avoid them and shop elsewhere if you can.
I anticipate this review will not get published, although maybe because I did not get into specifics they will leave it up.
I wish I was permitted to post my true experience here.

It is a very convenient place to buy gardening supplies among others. I didn't get what I was looking for...but the employee showed us a place where I could buy it. I congratulate Home Depot for having employees who have empathy with customers. That makes a big difference, attentive and cordial employees.
