Bought an LG refrigerator here 3 years ago. Got the HD warranty and the fridge stopped working a week ago. 2 days of arguing and escalating with the warranty company and they finally agreed to send out an 'LG tech' who fiddled around in the back of the unit, pushed it back in place, and said it was fixed. I asked what was wrong and he said he had to reprogram it. 'If this doesn't fix it, call LG'. So 2 hrs later it still isn't turning on and is hotter than the house. He did say to give it 12-24 hours, so I will but it seems like he's really trying to not have the warranty company pay out anything. Just like Home Warranty companies do. Seems pretty much like a scam. Which I didn't expect from HD. Never get a HD or Lowe's etc warranty. I know they don't implement it but they should work with a reputable company.

working on a kitchen renovation since April. Had to pay 100 percent of the price upfront which started the issues. The designer was good - although after I paid in full, I was told that they miscalculated and had to pay an additional 2K for the countertop. Countertop looks great - only item that is now installed , except they lost the faucet and didn't connect the stove. Impossible to get someone from HD on the phone. More to come as the renovation continues.

This is the best place in home improv projects for both newbies, weekend warriors and pros. The choice of merchandise is varied and of high quality. But the treasure.in this store are its employees. Knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, helpful and friendly (o yeah, i mentioned that already).

Yep, I was there. People wearing orange aprons trying their best to evade customers. I spoke at the guy during checkout. It was enlightening to us both. He never said a word so that forced me to talk even more. Decided I was done, having paid for my hard fought for goods and when home. Have a good day, one and all.

This store is poorly ran by management and people here are rude. I'm not coming back to this place anymore. And having all my contractors going else where. This place is run down and seems like the employees are right there with it. Hope it gets better but they don't care about there customers and it shows.

Bought a stove through the store on Cortez. I agreed to have my old stove taken away after they installed the new one. The installer couldn't install my stove because the hookup was for a dryer so I had to call a plumber, who I paid $450, to replace the hookup and install the new stove. The Home Depot installer gave me an 800# to call once the new stove was installed and the old stove was put outside for pick up. I called the 800 number and they told me they would not pick it up because I didn't pay for a "haul away" fee when I purchased the new stove. I told them I was asked if I wanted my old stove taken away...and I said yes. I was never told about a fee! I asked to speak to the store manager, whose name was Justin. They wouldn't give me his last name, and they also told me he was in a meeting with all the other managers. They said he they would arrange for him to call me back...he never did. so I paid for an installation with HD that never happened and they refused to haul the old stove away because they claim I didn't pay for it? Not to mention the store manager can't be bothered to call me back. This is the last time I ever buy an appliance at Home Depot.

I have NEVER had a Manager answer with a SCOFF and act SO JUVENILE before when inquiring about a problem that could have VERY WELL BEEM RESOLVED if that Manager was more informative or TRAINED BETTER by your company! Lowe's was SO HAPPY TO GET OUR PURCHASE!

My order was rescheduled multiple times over 20days for reasons other than out of stock. I had to go into the the store twice to have it sorted, or I would still be waiting. I have been given all kinds of conflicting information on your policies from different stores and delivery driver, ie return policy, delivery, delivery policy, in stock, etc. The refrigerator is damaged (dented, freezer door hing damaged so does not close meaning it can not be turned on). Miserable experience all around. It is clear that most of your associates do not know how your system works And process has been so changed so many times that they don't try anymore.

This location today had one person working customer service. Apparently someone was working on a special order and the line grew with no concern for servicing the customers in a growing line. Only one person working. The last time this happened I waited over 20 minutes before I was helped. Today I simply left after 10 minutes with others still waiting in line. They should change the name to no customer service.

I needed to replace some carpet in a 10x17 room. Easy job. I shopped about 8 different retailers. Home Depot had a great price point on good quality carpet. HD no long give price estimates in the store, you have to pay $35 to have the measurements taken at your home. I was supposed to get an price estimate in 24-48 hours. I called HD after 4 days. They said a sku was wrong and then offered a quote. I asked for the price w/o new padding because my existing padding was only 4 yrs old in a seldom used room. I was told that Home Depot would not sell me the carpet w/o new padding. The recommend pad added a full 33% to the total cost estimate and HD was no longer competitive. I could not find anything on their website that indicated new padding was required. This is a classic bait-and-switch sales tactic and is very unethical. I'm also out my $35 in-home measurement fee.

The saga with HD Window coverings started on 6/28, 10 days to get a measurement for 17 blinds. Agent was not prepared to do templates for 2 palladium windows, so I could only order 13 until he rescheduled a measurement. After which I was then advised they did not do faux pas palladium blinds contrary to the initial inquiry after complaining about the 2 weeks to installation they expedited install to which I agreed to pay a separate install for the last 2 blinds (without) palladium. Now i am sitting awaiting confirmation for the last install which is not until August. HD services caused thus whole circus with the initial lackadaisical measurements and have no thought for customers needs. This is complete opposite of the treatment I received ordering 8 impact windows. Buyer beware use a local shop, lesdon learned at my expense.

Not really about the store as with the delivery team. I was flat out lied to by Darwin. Had a washing machine delivered on 4/1/2022. Was told by Darwin that I need a plumber. That was easily taken care of. The problem was they would not remove the old washer and was told the plumber would take care of removal and installation of the new washer. Which is not the case at all. Plumber showed up in a car and alone. Second story delivery. When I called Home Depot, I was hung up on 2 times. No help at all. Was told by one lady, I should just take the washer outside and someone would pick it up. If could do that I would have not paid for this service. I paid for a service I did not receive. I flew in for this all to be taken care of. It was literally a 5 minute job after the plumber came. Told multiple people I was only here for a few days. No help at all. So now 3 different family members have had to go down to Florida for one job. (First time the delivery time never reached out to me to set up a time, no email) I take responsibility for that. I should have called. I will never use Home Depot for anything again. I will go and pay More somewheres else. Maybe have a delivery team that doesn't lie to a paying customer... I wouldn't give one star if I could.

Last trip here! Paint department is a joke. They are condescending (or attempt to be). Offered no options on mixed paint that was done improperly. I had to make all the suggestions. They finally said they would lighten it. Rob needs to be in a different department or out the door. He started the interaction with me but saying this is going to take awhile I'm busy. The other gal must have been training, she knew nothing. The 3rd person was more concerned her sandwich had tape on it. Sad thing is I knew this would not be customer oriented before I came but I came anyway. This is my last trip in to Home Depot. We had similar situation before with flooring department.
