I needed mulch and the sale of 5 bags for 10 dollars is fantastic. The staff were willing to go far and above to help me. I have always found service and items that I needed.

My roommate and I (two females in our 20's) went to this Home Depot 45 minutes before closing time as we realized my bed was missing the wooden supports for the slats. They were unable to cut pieces smaller than a foot but told us we could handsaw our own. NANDO is a star employee as he was sweating bullets cutting the wood for us. He was incredibly helpful and kind and went out of his way to help us, even at the very end of his shift. This man needs a RAISE. I can't imagine too many people would have done that for us. Also, LOGAN at the checkout was super sweet and his customer service skills were through the roof. We will 100% be returning to this Home Depot for our future needs and projects. Thanks Home Depot in Bradenton!

I can't begin to tell you how poor they are with handling our kitchen remodel. We bought cabinets, countertops and floor from them back in November. As of now we are still waiting on our kitchen countertop. We were told by the sales lady if we bundle the countertop and kitchen cabinets, we will not need to pay sales tax. In fact I went in to the store a couple of times and she told me the sales tax outstanding and I had to reminded her of our conversation. She then told me not to worry about it as it wasn't there and she will alert her manager to take care of it. Low and behold, we were told we owe sales tax and additional money because the measurements were off months later. Both Home Depot staff and also the countertop people came out to the house for measurement. They now used all these fancy term on why we owe an extra $1,200 for the countertop we already paid for. They don't owe up to their mistakes. Bottom line is they screwed up with their measurement and now the customer have to pay. They demanded payment and gave us til today to pay and in the meantime, they cancelled our countertop yesterday. When I mentioned if we don't get this resolved we may have to contact legal for assistant, I was hung up on today. What was supposed to be a great experience turned into a nightmare. Thanks HOME DEPOT. Who at their Corporate Office can I talk to? This is not acceptable. I do not like leaving negative reviews but they have crossed the line. How about refunding everything and come get the cabinets!!!

Pray for all these people. This land may have been sacred Indian burial grounds and the souls are angry. Cluster f**** I know it is hard to find help these days, but we cannot let our country become what it's becoming as example here at the Home Depot in Bradenton, Florida. If that's the case, we all better start praying really hard. I get it, the world is in disarray, confusion, it's hard to find people to work, yadi, yadi, yadi! The quality goes down, the service goes down, the prices keep going up! God bless America!

Do not buy a Christmas tree here . The quality is horrible, they discolor and Home Depot or Willis electronics the manufacturer will not stand behind them. I have sent e mails with documents and photos and get no response. Willis electronics is also in a lawsuit for pedal switch burn issues and Home Depot is recalling many trees sold.

So funny to read some of the reviews.I assume and can also see by the picture of the person that the reason they were not pleased is probably more about them than the store.I have had awesome support by the folks at the St Rd 64 Home Depot.I shop there at least 3-4 times a week. Sure, you may run across a grumpy worker but that is out of the norm.Perhaps if the grumpy customers go back up north, the store will thin out to the locals who live here year round and it will be even better!

Stop over crowding the walkways! You can't push a cart with the aisles packed with stuff for sale. Customers getting mad at each other and it's not their fault. And good luck finding staff to help you locate something.

Store is fine but ... don't have appliances installed by HomeDepot! cheap cost equals cheap labor that has more quid pro quo's attached to not work. We ordered a dishwasher and installation but when they came to install the guys said since the original dishwasher was installed with a copper line, which almost all are, they couldn't touch it and they would need to send a plumber to change the valve, at their cost but this is the first time I have ever heard of such a crazy reason to not work in my 30 years of home ownership. Now we have to wait for their plumber then once that is done see when they can come back to install the dishwasher.Again cheap cost to you means more hassle with reasons to not complete a job you paid upfront for. We'll never buy appliances at HomeDepot again!

We have been to this Home Depot more than a dozen times for various things in most areas. It is one of the better ones. I don't get the low rating. I feel bad others felt they didn't get good service because we've had great service. We have bought tons of little doo-dads from plumbing, electrical, bought a lighting fixture, outdoor carpeting, plants and soil from gardening and a mower, blower, and other cutting devices! We have had good to excellent service in each department from people who know their department well. They even have representatives from some of the major brands like Ryobi and John Deere there at times to answer questions. They have been low on some inventory during the pandemic and we've had times when we had to walk to find someone to help...but, luckily, I've had many more times when we found exactly what we wanted and had someone really nice help. Today, was John in the Garden Center who helped us find a regular not fancy soil to fill a hole where we removed a bush. I'm sure we will be back and I do recommend this Home Depot. They do have decent covid protocols in effect and most workers have worn masks. They have masks for those who need one, wipes and hand sanitizer available at the front doors.

We like this Depot! Service actually exists and is good, the exact opposite of the one near us back in NY. Customer service for returns, location of items in the store, and curbside pickup - our preferred method as we can order ahead and get delivery to our car - have all been great. It's bright and clean and even the garden center is well organized and well maintained. If only we can get the customers to wear a freaking mask!

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time with ordering carpet from here. Heather in flooring is extremely rude and not helpful at all!

Here is a friendly tip DO NOT EVER USE HomeDepot appliance delivery... If they are unable to enter a gated community of 800 plus homes. They apprently could not figure out how to get in. So they leave. We call HomeDepot back within 10 minutes of yhem calling us to find out what they are at because there are 6 gates in to the community. Spend to hours trying to have someone make the decision to have them tirn around. They keep saying they cannot deviate from their route. Then they say we will give you a $200 gift card, and we will deliver it the 12 th. I say what is on the truck now would it not be cheaper and simpler to turn around or put me next . We have a four hour window. OMG you have no idea how pissed I am....Stupidity never sets Well with me. Dave Horwath Bradenton Fl

looked online for upright freezers, found one it said they had it in this store, drove 40 minutes, get there , guy was so rude when i asked where i could find it, he said we don't have any. i showed him the app, he could have cared less. never offered to order one or check another store, said i am waiting on her right now, a lady was all the way down 3 aisles, he was at register. how rude. will never shop here again. we will keep to Lowes
