The most amazing, affordable home store. I don't know why I chose the "W' all these years. The diversity is incredible. I would've gave 5 stars but only 1 cashier on sat morning and I waited 15 min in line

Spacious store with tons of options to decorate your home. From normal stuff to odd stuff, you can definitely get whatever you want jere to make your place the way you want.
I recommend.

The wait here is awful, even with five cashiers. I really needed to get an item, so I waited 28 mins to get checked out. It’s like these ppl are on island time or something. The place is also very crowded with items and the check out line is very narrow. It’s very difficult to maneuver these tight spaces with a trolley full of items. Also, they have the same items like their next door sister stores such as TjMaxx and Marshall’s, yet they are more expensive. As a matter of fact, TjMaxx has way better holiday decor at a better prices than Home Goods.

Major damage during the hurricane, helping people doing hurricane clean outs. I asked if I could purchase a few sheets of paper that they use to wrap things on. To protect valuables. Even a few sheets. And they turned me down. A company that cares so little for their community that they would not even give me a few sheets of paper. I hope they think about this. What does it really mean to be in a community when you won’t even help their neighbor. Shame on them.

What a MESS. I have never shopped at a HomeGoods store in such disarray. This is a MAJOR MESS.The aisles are blocked. There is more Halloween that sheets and curtains. I will never return.

Things seem to have changed at Home Goods. Several aisles of snack food items and even spices. The items for the home such as vases and artwork are lacking. I previously bought several nice decor items here, but may not shop here any longer. Plus, the store was in disarray with items piled everywhere and canvas rolling carts in just about every aisle. They may be rearranging or remodeling but no signs to alert shoppers. Disappointed.

After a nice lunch at Rodizio I took the family out shopping. We ended up at the local HomeGoods.
Found some really interesting garden statues.
Store was busy, it was a Sunday afternoon, so it was a little messy. The registers were very crowded too.

Was shopping in this store…in the bedding isle. 4 employees came into the isle speaking about changing some stuff around. They literally started walking in front of me and around me, moving things and shouting at each other. Basically I was in the center and they didn’t care…where I was moving out of the way because I must have been invisible! It would have been nice if one of them had manners and said excuse me or I’m sorry. I felt like they were annoyed that I came to look at the sheets or that I walked in the aisle. They were so rude and no regard for personal space. I’m sure it was a manager who was there giving instruction with no sense of courtesy. It’s a retail store where people come into shop! I’ll order from Amazon instead!
