Made an appointment on line, received confirmation. Arrive at location, sign on door "location Temporarily Closed", even after an email conformation. Poor business habits!

This place is closed! They will let you make an appointment, confirm appointment and even check you in on your phone but they are closed!!

I, along with several other people showed up for our appointments and there was a note on the door that said: "sorry closed". I made two different phone calls to ask for someone to call with an explanation and never received a call back. I had an appointment and some others came with appointments, not just walkins. PRETTY INCONSIDERATE!

Sign in the window says closed until further notice. I went to 4 different locations in one day in 2 cities to get a simple blood draw. 2 of the 4 locations were closed until further notice, and thebother 2 were greater than 2 hour wait time. ?

You can make an appointment but when you get there the place will be locked down. No one there and no prior notice. Hey, Labcorp if you close a location why do you still allow online appointments? How about emailing your customers who make an appointment at this location so they don't take off work, drive 30 minutes, and find the doors locked. What a cluster Labcorp has become.

They are apparently out of business. I went to two locations. No info at either place on when or if they will reopen. Their answering machine does not indicate that they are closed. Very poor way to do business.

Made my appointment months ago for this morning. I received an email for reminder of my appointment yesterday and to check in on my phone when I get there. Get to the building and there is a typed note that they are closed and to go to one of two location. One of those other location is also closed. Come to the labcorp on shade Ave to be told that there are multiple locations in the area that are closed and this location can’t honor every request for walk in. So I’m very unhappy and not pleased with how this company is handling this and the lack of communication. Not fair to waste other people’s time.

Terrible business operation! After fasting from the night before and having received appointment confirmations and reminders, I drove 20 minutes to the lab only to find a hand written note on the door that they were closed. It would have been nice to get a text or email ahead of time to save me a trip.Fortunately I went to was able to get an appointment at Quest who took me earlier than expected!!

I made an appointment online. I arrive and “check in” on my phone because they say you can wait in your car and they’ll text you when the technician is ready to see you.It says “you’re all checked in! Wait for our text.”I sit in my car for 20 minutes and then decide to just go in. I get to the door and there’s a handwritten sign taped to the glass:“Sorry, closed”I had a deadline to get my employment drug screening completed for my new employer. Their system let me make an appointment and then CHECK IN and they weren’t even open.If you’re looking to waste your time and gas and your new employer’s time as they extend your drug screening deadline, then this is the place for you.UPDATE: I just got a survey emailed to me, asking how they did! Just keeps getting better.

Appointment was canceled via email at 9:40PM the night prior. No other office was open either for me to go to. The next morning the office was closed. No notes on door or any notifications telling patients of closures. Nothing online except appointments and no way to speak to a human. Ridiculous way to treat customers. Shame on their administration.

I used to go here for pregnancy lab tests and they used to be great.Yesterday I went at 1:30pm and they were closed. This morning I tried again at 8:30am and they were also closed. No explanation and it’s next to impossible to get a real person on the phone.

Tried to go and take a urine test after lunch hours. The staff never reopened the doors 45 min last the specified hour break and the entire office was locked and dark. Should leave a note up on the door if they are gonna do that stuff. Incredibly unprofessional for a medical center .

Office on SR 70 closed, no reason, no one answers the phone, or door customer service center puts you on hold, then doesn't return. People out front are mad. No one knows what's going on. There's a blood lab over by 12 Oaks Plaza by Publix if you need it.

This morning around 8am, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at LabCorp. Despite arriving early for my scheduled bloodwork appointment, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and a shocking disregard for patient privacy. To my dismay, LabCorp's system was down, which I understand can happen. However, their solution to manage the situation was far from acceptable. They had a clipboard at the front desk where patients were expected to sign in, and to my horror, it was overflowing with a multitude of other patients' names. This blatant violation of HIPAA regulations left everyone's personal names exposed, creating a major privacy concern. As a patient, I have the right to expect that my personal information remains confidential and should not be accessible to anyone other than the clinic staff. What added insult to injury was the fact that despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait while over a dozen people who arrived after me were allowed to proceed ahead. This lack of respect for appointment times resulted in unnecessary delays and left me feeling disregarded as a patient.LabCorp, as a medical facility, should prioritize patient privacy and maintain a fair appointment system. Unfortunately, my experience demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and a failure to uphold even the most basic ethical standards.I entrusted LabCorp with my bloodwork based on the expectation of receiving reliable and confidential service. However, the mishandling of patient information and the disregard for appointment times have left me deeply disappointed. I urge potential patients to reconsider choosing LabCorp until they address these systemic flaws and prioritize patient privacy. Our personal information and our health are of the utmost importance, and it is crucial for medical facilities like LabCorp to uphold the highest standards of professionalism. I sincerely hope that LabCorp takes these criticisms seriously, rectifies their practices, and ensures that future patients are treated with the respect and privacy they deserve.I ended up asking the woman at the desk to take my name off the list and I went down the road to another place on 64 and they were much better.
