I ordered kitchen counter tops over 6 months ago and they have not been installed. I have been without a kitchen for 6 months and have been forced to eat out every meal. They have not compensated me for incomplete service and wasted time. I would never use lowes again.

This store is committing fraud by incompetence. They're taking corporate or website orders, then failing to deliver appliances via their appliance distributor and service installers. When you call them, you can't get anyone to pick up. Had to go down to store to file a formal complaint. They blamed their store phone service for not picking up calls. I'm still disputing not getting my appliances with my credit card provider and their company has a corporate representative who is blindly fighting the dispute, after countless nine month disaster of paying for appliances I did not receive, including a stove that doesn't work. Companies like Lowe's now committing outright theft and fraud because they have so many flaws in their supply & sales chain, that they can't communicate between subsidiaries. Absolute horrible (if not criminal) experience with dealing with this store in Bradenton. I actually have commercial account with an out of state Lowe's Store, that is very good, so take heed of this review before you get screwed! This store has stole nearly three thousand dollars from me because of this incident.

Last Friday, March 17, 2023, we ordered a pre-standing cabinet for our dining room. We did not want to have to assemble it so we ordered it to come already assembled. We were expecting it to arrive on Monday, March 20, as per the order confirmation. We received a call on Monday telling us that they didn't look close enough at the order, and now because it had to be assembled, it would not arrive until Wednesday, March 22. The window of time we got was between 8 AM and 8 PM! Thinking this was ridiculous, we later notified via text that the new time window was 1:30 to 5:30 PM. By 6 PM. no cabinet had arrived. I contacted The customer service desk and that's when the royal run around began. No one was picking up the phone and when they did, they kept saying this would have to be referred to another department, leaving me on hold sometimes as much as 20 minutes! One of the associates in the receiving and delivery department, said that I would have to take this up with a manager, and that person never picked up my call. Also, before I was referred to a manager, he had the audacity to ask me if I was sure I had ordered it from them!!With an automated system, I was continuously referred to look at tracking my delivery on the Lowe's website, which clearly stated that it was en route and the driver was Diego. It was only after the third call that I reached someone seemed to give a damn. Her name was Rachel and she tracked down the driver, and we learned that he had already reported that he had come by our apartment with the cabinet and we weren't home. I was furious that they were putting their incompetence back on us! I demanded that the cabinet still be delivered on Wednesday as per my request, it finally did arrive with a different driver close to 8 PM Wednesday evening. Later, Rachel did call back to make sure that this time things were done correctly. Despite the help she provided, the entire service department of Lowe's is a joke. They really don't care about their customers and would rather you not bother them with your problems. I will never order from them again.

ZERO STARS !!! The worst customer service ever! The mgr fought with one customer for 45 mins & not helping the 6 ppl in line with simple returns. I shopped, came back & still arguing with the same customer. Then denied giving me a sale price adjustment on a Christmas tree that went on sale today. They told me I had to bring the actual 8 foot Christmas tree back to the store and I don't even live near the store!!! Had the tags and the receipt! Called the other Bradenton store and they're totally willing to do a price adjustment! Don't shop here!

Manager Justin told me both he can not do anything to help me. Lowes Protection Plan closed my claim before the problem was fixed. He "gets it " but nothing he can do.

This location and over all Lowes has turned to another garbage retailer. The customer service is horrendous. You ask for help and no one comes around to help. The knowledge and over all customer satisfaction has gone down the drain.

Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I went to check out, they double charged me for multiple items and basically told me i was SoL wasted 30 minutes at customer service to have a field coach take my cart and tell me the charge from the order will return in a few days. They charged me 166.53 printed a wrong receipt and did nothing to help. Thats after waiting 45 minutes in the paint department for help that never came. Drive down the road and avoid this location.

They lost my $400 mower while "repairing" it and magnanimously offered me $100 off a new one. You can't spell lowest quality without lowes.

2nd to HOME DEPOT, Sorry. My Late Father worked for Home_Depot till he passed away, i grew up goin to HD, ect. Lowe's is quite Impressive though. Finally competition on the same Level ?
