I went in kind of confused and kind of shy. Because this is my first time messing with stereo's subworkers and amps. I went in looking for something simple as 2 ferals to connect to my power line to my amp. Because the cable was too thick. Everyone in the store was super polite and super knowledgeable and no one made me feel stupid or belittled me a great atmosphere. A great range of equipment. I will definitely be going back when I continue my upgrades to my vehicle. And only there I would strongly advise you, regardless if you're a novis or an expert to give the store a chance. You will not regret it to everyone in the store. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome. And allowing me to continue the feeling of being excited of expanding into A new hobby

Hanging wires, power supply issues, and a janky camera attachment left me unimpressed after a botched dash cam install job from a wannabe garage tech (no offense to garage techs - many are great, this one was not). Called this spot and spoke to Jake. Super friendly, wide-open availability, and they had my car undone and redone *properly* within two hours for a really reasonable price. Should have called these guys first. It was worth the 40-minute drive. Thank you for fixing my ride!

I am truly grateful for the service and the help received at Mad Marks Stereo Warehouse. The employees there really are the customer service kings. They work with you. A Long story short, I hired a guy to install a horn who claims to have worked at an off-road shop in Palmetto. He took advantage of me. Not only charge me an outright price, but the Ardvark also did not complete the work. The broken-down flip-flop could have just been honest and said he couldn't help me. No Worries! Thank you, Mad Marks, you knew what to do! You came through and helped me out! If you need stereo, car, or marine, horns, and other effects, they know what they are doing!

They could have easily taken me for $500+ that I was willing to pay to replace speakers because I didn't understand the sound
system on my wife's car. Instead they showed me how to operate it and told me it wasn't worth wasting the money because the system was working correctly. Will definitely be bringing my business back, appreciate the honesty!
