Great value, great service, but most of all, amazing QUALITY! Chuck and his wife are the best team and super trustworthy to help you with your vehicles care. If you are a car lover like me, then your car is a child! I want the best care for my car. When I first met this power couple, they were recommended by family. Being an older vehicle, my baby needed work, she needed attention, and tlc. They provided that. New tires, full suspension replacement, motor mounts, oil change, and so much more... and that should have costed me more than I paid. Furthermore, when I got in an accident in April of 2025, Chuck quickly recommended someone to help with my custom paint job. He is resourceful, efficient, tedious, and time efficient! He will always take care of my metal baby! Thank you Chuck for loving her as much as I do! His mechanics work magic, and I can't thank them enough!

Chuck of Mattinglys provided friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. He accurately diagnosed and promptly resolved the issue with my Toyota Tundra. This contrasts sharply with a previous negative experience at Tirers Plus, where unnecessary repairs were performed on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler, resulting in an unexplained rattle. Chuck identified and rectified the problem at no additional cost. Based on this positive experience, I highly recommend this company for its honesty and trustworthiness.

I just got an oil change and tire rotation. Priced right. Timely appointment, which they met and finished the job when they had said. My tires are pretty worn, getting close, but they didn't try and upsell at all. Same with a little transmission question I had. No problem, no upsell. Price was exactly as quoted, even honoring a coupon. Golden. There was no pressure at all for tires, transmission work, and not even an air filter. That alone is golden! Now I have confidence in a place. Whew!

Horrible shop! I'm 61 years old and worked on cars and rebuilt engines for years. My current engineering job leave me no time to work on my vehicles as I used to.
I came to this shop , they charged me $1000 for a water pump replacement, this is about a $350 job! I paid the thieves for the work and left. My vehicle ran Hot immediately after leaving there, I went back a total of 3 times, the ignorant people just added water the first two, then I dropped it off, took them 2 days to get to it. NOW, the crooks say my timing cover is leaking..of course 'not their fault' and want almost $2000 to fix that!!
STAY AWAY, that's the best advice I can give for this crooked shop.

Owner and workers very friendly. Good people. Takes very good care of my car when service needed. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
