“Each time an employee came out to call the next patient, he/she offered a salutation (i.e. good morning).
Technical difficulties created extended wait times. One employee came out to announce the issue and asked for patience. Being informed was appreciated.
The technician who attended to me was personable and made me feel at ease”

“They don't ask what you came to the company for, the employees sit in the back, I had to walk in to the back, just to get service after waiting several minutes. Then I was rudely pointed at and told to back to the front. It was not great service but they did what I needed. They are certified, so I gave 5 stars.”

I went in early to try and beat the wait time, Still ended up waiting a while but after learning that the lovely lady working there has been working there alone for the last 6 weeks with no help, I didn’t mind waiting.
The bad reviews of recent should be directed at labcorp as a company for not getting her a receptionist or someone to assist.”
