“Wish I could give ten stars! I have very small hidden veins which often results in getting poked a lot before anyone is successful. The gentleman got me on the first try, he was professional and it was painless. I usually ask to lay down as I have a tendency to pass out…I don’t know why I didn’t ask (probably because places like Quest have always acted like I’m the biggest inconvenience for it)…but I started to pass out and the guy was very calming, He was able to finish the draw then carefully lift me over to a recliner and got me cold water and some candy.”

“They don't ask what you came to the company for, the employees sit in the back, I had to walk in to the back, just to get service after waiting several minutes. Then I was rudely pointed at and told to back to the front. It was not great service but they did what I needed. They are certified, so I gave 5 stars.”

“It’s very quick and efficient If you go through the appointment system. It’s easier if you have you at code Id and insurnace card ready. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Phlebotomist was very nice, kind, gentle and pleasant. Very good experience”

“I was a little worried coming here due to all the one star reviews but I actually had a really positive experience.For both appts I had booked them online and checked in on my phone when I got there. The first time I waited 30 minutes and the second time only 10 minutes.The two doctors I saw were super kind and helpful.When I had my blood drawn I told the doctor I was a little anxious so she talked to me the whole time which really helped me out :’)I got an email 12 hours later that my test results were in.Overall this was a good experience for something that can be scary/ anxiety inducing”

I know there seem to be a lot of negative reviews but It was real easy to scan my Q code and sign in and there was no wait so personally It was one of the best lab experiences I have had.”
