TRUE STORY, CAME TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A PHONE WHICH DOESN'T HAVE A BIG VARIETY AND I GOT STUCK BUYING A MOTOROLA RAZR 2025 FOR $1,100 IT'S SUPPOSED TO COVER MY SCREEN PROTECTOR CASE PHONE MY PHONE BILL AND I ENDED UP DOING WAS THEY ADDED A LINE WITHOUT TELLING ME I DIDN'T PAY MY PHONE BILL WHICH I PAID GAVE ME THIS PHONE WHICH IS A PIECE OF CRAP. DIDN'T GIVE ME A RECEIPT I WENT BACK 7 DAYS LATER TO DO A RETURN BECAUSE THE PHONE'S A PIECE OF GARBAGE THEN THE OWNER TURNS AROUND AND TELLS ME TO FILE IT THROUGH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND I WAS 7 DAYS PURCHASE YOU'RE ALLOWED 14 FOR RETURN IS FRAUDASKING ME TO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD... SCAM

i went there to get my esims transfers to my new phone that i just bought because i use there service and it wasn’t letting me transfers with out more info from metro so i went there and they said it would be $40 dollars to transfer the sims when probably about 8 months ago i did a physical sim card to esim and it only like $26 so they upchrarging at this location dont ever go here

This metro is busy so plan to sit for awhile but for the part of town it's in its clean and I've always had pleasent experiences

Do not go to this location!! They give faulty products and you can't return or exchange them. My son's speaker doesn't charge and they would not exchange it..
They don't do upgrades on phones either .. this store is probably the worst I've been to. I would not go to this one.. and DO NOT BUY ANY SPEAKERS FROM HERE!! No refund or exchange if it's broke. Even if they sell it to you broken.

Today I walked in and was told we don't have any upgrades you will be paying full price. And very rudely. I've had metro for 10 years these bootleg side stores are killing the business
Last time I was here was a year ago. I upgraded and wanted a moto g stylus. They sold me a moto g 5g and said it was the same specs and ofc it wasn't. straight lied to me and sold me a garbage phone

Frederick saved me from a week long nightmare I had with issues of online orders, wrong zipcodes, service mix-ups, IMEI/SIM mismatches, inaccessible OTP's & locked accounts. After DAYS on the phone with customer service; Frederick on 14th st was able to not only fix the entire situation, but even got me a discount and a better deal on my services! - Highly recommended! ?
