Last month I went into this location and was blown away by the customer service provided by Leo and Debbie. I was looking to change carriers and if I didnāt know better I would swear this team rolled out the red carpet for me. From start to finish they went above and beyond. If you are looking for help at a Bradenton store I suggest going out of your way to go to this location. Thank you Leo and Debbie!

Worst of the worst! Walked in and the weed stench made me sick to my stomach! The person there kept talking "at" me defensively. My mother, who waited in the car, doesn't remember her pin#, but there had to be another way for us to get 2 phones upgraded. And then he kept addressing me as, "my lady", which was quite annoying. If you do not have the skills to provide exceptional customer service, keep away from the public!

Had a horrible experience there the store was dirty and the customer service was terrible. He was rude the entire time and kept trying to up charge me if i didn't need to get that work done that day i would have gone to the store on cortez or on there website never go to this store metro pcs it self is cool tho.
