Worst of the worst! Walked in and the weed stench made me sick to my stomach! The person there kept talking "at" me defensively. My mother, who waited in the car, doesn't remember her pin#, but there had to be another way for us to get 2 phones upgraded. And then he kept addressing me as, "my lady", which was quite annoying. If you do not have the skills to provide exceptional customer service, keep away from the public!

Had a horrible experience there the store was dirty and the customer service was terrible. He was rude the entire time and kept trying to up charge me if i didn't need to get that work done that day i would have gone to the store on cortez or on there website never go to this store metro pcs it self is cool tho.

When you walk in you could help you don't have to wait 20 minutes like you do want and the people at this Metro are not rude like they like they are on 41

Lucky that's what I gave the store. Had to fix my tablet for a new password and not a single person could do it, or told me that I had to go to fixing place,, you can't make this up. People was watching me like I was from outer space.. ??TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER!!!!, ??????????, WHAT A HOOT...I WENT TO YOUTUBE.. IT WAS 3 STEPS. I GRAD-U WAYT-ED... NEED TO GET SOME MORE TRAINING SO THEY KNOW HOW TO HELP T-MOBILE CUST...
