Stay away from this store the person who served us was a fat Mexican woman named Cydia with black hair she lied to me and my mother. She said that if we stay with metro she would give me a free phone since mines was broken. And give my mom a discount on her plan. When Cydia pick out the phone for me she gaslighted us and said we would have to pay 200.00 dollars for the phone plus the activation fee. And said we would have to talk to customer service for my mom to get a new plan. When Cydia said she could do it right there. She is not trustworthy

Purchased 2 phones cash back in July of this year and I was told they could not give me a receipt and to come back. I came back in and they refused to give me a receipt for the phones. Then went to the manager who never called me back. Went in again today and again, no help.

I got off work early so I could make it there before they close at 7 and I arrived there at 6:40 and the doors were already locked and nobody was in sight. I don't care if they want to close earlier but they need to change the hours for their business if they're not planning on being open..
