As time goes on and the metro PCS corporation makes more money.They're getting more greedy and careless about their customers. The automated Recorder that helps you, one of them tried charge me fifty five dollars to upgrade my plan during the time of a hurricane. Just overall it's not the company its used to be.

I was there on 01/02/2025 (4:00PM). There was a guy in the counter who is chatting with other guy who seems to be a customer. I was waiting around 20 minutes and the staff never say ‘hi’. He was just having a funny conversation with the other customer the entire time and literally didn’t even look at me and didn’t care. He never say a word to me like ‘ Hi, I will be shortly with you’ or anything until I left after waiting over 20 minutes. I have never ever seen that kind of customer service in my entire life. Terrible!!

Was sold a new iPhone 15 plus and I asked for a payment plan and was informed that if I paid it off in 3 months it would be same as cash now the plan they put me on (smartpay lease) is asking way more than cash price to pay off and it has only been a few days. Also I was never shown a break down of the plan nor was I even given a copy of my agreement.

I really enjoyed my experience in this store. The gentleman who helped me were on point and helped me with my issue with my phone and hooked up my husband with a new phone and an awesome deal. These men are knowlegable and very kind.
