Mibox was amazing! They said they would be there at a specific time to drop off, they did. I asked to be picked up on a specific day, they showed up on time. The box was clean and worked perfectly! Will definitely use them again.

We had to rent a MI-BOX pod to store furniture while we retiled our condo. Shortly thereafter a hurricane hit, and we had to extend for over a year during renovations. Our belongings survived the hurricane's flooding - the Pod stayed dry.
Sue was great to work with. She gave us a break on price and made the Pod accessible to us during the rental period.

After hurricane Debbie last year Mi box brought out a pod right away. Made storage so much easier. As we have moved back in and are having a housewarming party they squeezed us in to pick the pod up. They are very accommodating and nice to work with.

I highly recommend MI-Box for your storage needs. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly accommodating, helping us find the perfect container size and offering flexible rental options. We were particularly impressed with their punctuality; the delivery and pickup were both right on time. Sue, the manager, was wonderful to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A five-star experience!

We have used 2 MI BOX units in our driveway since Hurricane Helene came through! We are now finished and have scheduled pick up. Drop off for both boxes went smoothly and I expect pick up to be the same. Sue went above and beyond customer service by calling FEMA for me to help me with proof of storage! 100% would use them again.

If your thinking of a portable storage Container, I would highly recommend this company. Sue is a sweetheart to work with and the wonderful delivery driver can't remember his name but wow can he place a storage container! And so very nice. Wonderful experience.

This is my second time using Mi-Box. First with a renovation and second time after two hurricanes. The entire Mi-Box team is very professional, friendly and so easy to work with. What is really nice is that they have refrigerated boxes that are needed during the hot summer months living in Florida. I would highly recommend them when needing any storage right outside your home.

I can't thank Sue and the crew at MiBox enough, for helping me out of a jam with an unreasonable landlord. They went out of their way to schedule delivery and pick up of the storage container under much pressure. The driver was so courteous and kind and Sue was extremely patient and understanding. Bonus; their prices can't be beat! Please support this family owned business.

I had originally called Pods for my recent in-town move but they were sold out and callously said get on the waiting list. I looked for other options and came across Mi-Box. Wow, professional, clean, on-time, friendly service, etc! Sue from the local office was a pleasure to work with, explained the costs, and was incredibly personable. What a great experience! The unit itself was clean inside and out and placed exactly where I had indicated at both properties. These guys, I guess, are a family-owned company and I'm so glad I was able to support them over a national company where I'm just a number. Thanks guys!
