I have had such a great experience with working with the people at Mi-Box. Sue makes the hardship of moving so simple. Of all the moves I had made, Mi-Box made this one so easy. Reasonable, seamless, the new way of moving.

Sue was a wonderful help in the dispatch office coordinating, scheduling and resolving our unfortunate situation where the box would not fit where we originally hoped. She was understanding and very helpful in the entire process. Also, the driver was exceptional and tried his very best to locate the box where we hoped. Sue resolved our issue with management and unfortunately had to take the box away. We would use them again in the future!

Life saver after experiencing a hurricane. Pricing was very competitive. They couldn't accommodate the pick up date we wanted so we wouldn't be charged another month but they told us we would not have to pay it and we were grateful. Great customer service.

Excellent service!They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process - there were no unexpected charges or difficulties.Drop offs and pickups of the box were seamless and extremely timely - the driver of the truck was also super friendly.Overall I would recommend this service.

Upon arrival of storage unit it was very clean person who delivered it was fantastic super nice guy he was also the one that picked it up I would recommend them if anybody needed storage I was impressed

Rented a portable storage unit from them when I was moving in January. It was the easiest part of the entire process of moving. Their office staff was very helpful, and recommended the perfect size for my needs. I was skeptical that everything would fit, but ut did with a bit if room to spare! They were courteous and responsive, the delivery man was friendly, helpful and on time. Once the pod was full and it came time to move it to my new location they arrived promptly, everything went smoothly and nothing in the unit shifted at all thanks to the helpful tips from them on packing. I would definitely recommend them if you need a short term storage/moving solution.

I want to give a shout out to Eli for being so helpful. I received a free quote and then Eli called and we set everything up. A couple of days later I had to change dates and storage options so I called and Eli was very accommodating. The day came for the pod and Paulo was extremely nice and an expert in placing the pod perfectly. The guys came to load the pod and after meticulously using every available space in the pod, and I mean they packed it tight, I found that I had a lot more stuff than I thought. I quickly called Eli to see if I could get another pod the next day and he said...let me see if I can get one to you today. Well, he did just that. Paulo came and picked up my packed pod and he's due back shortly with the additional pod. This place is great and Eli and Paulo are super nice. It is wonderful to deal with people that take pride in their work, are super pleasant, and make a stressful time (moving) so much easier. Thank you Eli and Paulo. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with this company. Extremely responsive and incredibly helpful and professional. I underestimated my need for boxes and they were able to deliver another box - last minute! - in time for my closing and move. I never want to move again, but if I did, these are the guys I would call. Highly recommended.
