Terrible establishment, customer service left something to be desired, does not correspond to the delivery time of the product and the manager is very rude.

My daughter took a video game to be fixed and they didn't fix it and didn't give her money back. He yelled at her and said, "I'm not going to give her money back." He's very angry because of the rating. Be careful because first they take your money and if they can't fix it, then they won't give you your money back. Be very careful with this guy because he likes to yell at women and my granddaughter filmed the whole conversation.
Before the assessment he had said he would pay and he didn't.

Today, October 17, 2024, I came to the store to get my money back. The store owner said he would not refund the money and kicked me out of the store. He said I lied and said he broke the video game, and he really did break it because when I took it to him to fix it, the video game lights came on, and when he gave it back to me, saying it could not be fixed, none of the lights came on anymore and the video game would not turn on.
Don't take anything to fix there, they didn't fix it and they even took my $160
He said to my face, shouting, I'm not going to give you your money back and get out of here...

-EXTREMELY RUDE, DO NOT COME HERE.
Extremely rude customer service. They did not return my calls when they installed the incorrect part. I called 3 days in a row (this was the week BEFORE the hurricane so mother nature had nothing to do with it) and they kept saying they would let me know when their manufacturer responds and when the correct hardware will come in. I still had not heard back, so I called the next week. They hung up on me after yelling at me when I asked for a refund due to the extra long wait and no follow up/not returning my calls. They then said no to the refund (after telling me last week they would get me handled no problem, with a refund if necessary) because they "already ordered the part", which was supposed to be fixed a week ago. When I called back again, they refused to fix my phone screen with the correct hardware and hung up on me a second time.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else to a store who respects their customers.

Lifesaver! After another place in town that I drive by frequently quoted me an higher price and a 2 day wait- I tried MobileFix based on their reviews. So glad I did! Less expensive and ready in 2 hours. Hunter made things easy! I also love that Mobile fix has extended hours- open till 7pm and even on Sundays.

According to Google and the lettering on the door the shop opens at 9. Another customer and I were both there at 9:20, we rang the ring door bell, no answer. We both waited there for 5 mins, rang again, still no answer. We both left after that. Waste of time.

I recently visited Mobile Fix and was blown away by the incredible service! The staff there is absolutely amazing. I brought in my phone, which had suffered significant water damage, and they managed to fix it with impressive skill. I was genuinely shocked when the employee showed me water dripping from the inside after removing the phone's face. Their expertise and efficiency are truly remarkable.
Not only do they have the best prices in town, but they are also incredibly fast with all repairs. My phone was as good as new in no time! I will definitely be returning for any future needs and highly recommend you do the same. You won’t find better service or value anywhere else!

Mobile Fix repaired my phone today in under an hour and for less than half the price quoted by 2 other shops in the area.

These guys couldn't figure out why my phone only did static when trying to make a call they said we'd start by replacing the charging port and go from there they couldn't figure it out but I guess they'd rather shotgun it and throw parts till it's fixed is basically what they were planning

Communication lacks. I wish I had read the reviews more and not just look at the ratings.... doesn't matter that you couldn't fix my issue... what matters most is that your Communication sucks a$$
