“The long-term storage is dry and secure. Make sure, however, that you make an appointment to access your vault. Unlike some other storage facilities, where you have easy access to your belongings, D&V needs a forklift operator to shift around the vaults and lower them to the ground.
Coming in the morning is best. Give everyone enough time to shift around the vaults to get to yours. They may need as much as one to two hours.
The staff is very helpful and pleasant.”
