Worst manicure in my life and worst service in my life. I will never go back. Waited for 30mins which I was okay with because I was a walk in and they were busy. Just to almost be pushed out the door because the technician didn't know what to do with my nails. I previously had gel x done but my nails were grown out. I basically had to beg her to do something with them after I had waiting and didn't want to wait any longer because my nails were hurting from soaking them so long. She finally agreed to just doing a gel manicure which was the worst I have ever had done. She cut my nails to short and uneven, didn't shape them, and did a rushed paint job just to get me out of the chair because her next client went in. Now I have been to this place in the past many times and I had really good experiences but the past couple of times I feel their customer service has gone down hill. I will never be back!

The BEST nail salon in Bradenton and Sarasota.
I’ve used them for 18 years, and I would never go anywhere else.
I live an hour away from this salon, and I happily make the drive rather than switching salons.

I have been coming here for over 4 years now with my daughter and we love it. My daughter absolutely loves Le and doesn't trust anyone else with her nails. Crystal is my go to!

Tiffany was very nice and did a fabulous job with my short nails. The place is clean and the decor is very pleasing. Love the chandeliers and the apothecary like floral pom poms are so cute.

First of all, my nails have never looked so beautiful than they do since I've been going to The Nailz Place. That said, no matter who does your manicure or pedicure, the most professional and creative job is done. Crystal, the owner does my nails is the most accommodating, kindest and wonderfully talented, as are all of the people who work there. The atmosphere at the Nailz Place becomes family like from day one! It's a happy place and a place that is a rarity these days!Services: Foot massages

Lynn cut my finger to the point it was bleeding. Then didn’t seem to care and continued to be go over it and make it hurt more. She also did not take the time to make my nails look good. Did a quick job and it looks bad. Didn’t put the dip to my cuticle so it looks grown out already. Got an attitude when I told her the color is not what I asked for because she had to file it quick and put another color on. Took another 5 mins of her day. I give big tips but I didn’t tip her at all. I didn’t want to pay the full price.. but I didn’t want that fight. I was going to have them to a pedicure but no I will take my money some place else.
