I believe the service manager has a horrible attitude. I was trying to make a return that I was told by the corporate office that I am allowed to do and she simply refused because it was too much money. If you ever shot that Nordstrom, you would understand that they’re very expensive that it is

The racks were all well organized and the staff in fitting rooms and on the store floor were helpful and polite. No complaints.

They have a lot of really nice things, however you do have to dig for them. Sometimes the store is really messy. Forget Christmas time because their stock goes really, really low!

Last Thursday I came into the store looking for an item I saw online that said it was available in the store. It was a needle in the haystack and Fran, Debbie, and Libby were so kind and went to great lengths to scour the store and find the shirt for me. Thank you for making my day!

Has a great selection of clothes and other items however the customer service is poor and checkout lines are always swamped
If you’re planning on running into this store to grab some items and make it a quick shopping trip.. I’d go elsewhere
You’ll most likely be standing in line for at least 20 mins which is unfortunate because the store itself has some great buys and countless times I’ve had things with me to make purchases and ended up putting them down and left store to the chaos of the checkout lines

I enjoyed shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I wasn't able to find any clothing to purchase. It is my perception that discounts aren't as great as I remembered.

Seems messy to me....I expected for a high end store that even the clearance store would be a step above Marshalls and TJ Maxx, but it wasn't. No good deals. Left empty handed.

Always a great place for clothes. Got some Hurley sunglasses that were junk though, they broke within 2 weeks , as the hinges were fully plastic. Careful what you buy.
