The worst customer service I have ever received in 30 years of being self employed. I have been trying for 3 months to get them to issue me a credit for a chair that we purchased that was damaged. The logistics company never showed up. I had to drive 3 hours to get the chair and return it to the store. They never credited me and I've spent 4 weeks trying to get a credit. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This is my third trip to this office depot in 10 days. Im starting a new buisness and needed some things and services. The young women who work this location are completely unwilling to help locate items in store,online, or assist with using the office depot marketing services. I dont know how they stay in buisness! I will never go back there for even a paper clip. Im thoroughly disgusted with the service.

The lady who helped me is very racist and didn't want to help me just because I was with my daughter who translated for me because I don't know English...how helpless that in these prestigious places they have people like that working

Went in Yesterday to get a reader for my square. Ask the clerk if they had any to fit my phone. She said, if there's none on the shelf, then they don't have it. That's pretty obvious when you're out of stock. But no customer service. No one on the sales floor to actually help with any questions. How can you sell product if you don't have anybody available to answer customers questions

Terrible service, I'm having to have my employees drive an extra hour to the nearest store. Because they were not able to help, on an issue that I keep having in multiple states and stores. Why if every store is able to help me they are not.

older lady at the printing desk was worthless, told me i couldn’t print with any paper i gave her didn’t direct me on what to get and wouldn’t help with anything i had. awful service

Ask for Mike, the manager. He’s very experienced and knowledgeable and make sure you are treated exceptionally.

I had a bad experience with them, we were so happy last year with the manager did help my husband to find all the supplies for school that's why I came back but unfortunately the manager's years are different with everything, they don't want to help they say that they never did it, I ask if I can come a different day if they are short people, she says no even with different day.
