Great customer service! Everyone we encountered were super friendly and attentive! Tyler and little Orban gave a quick hayride from the parking lot, :-) Ashley was very helpful as well. We will be back.

Orban’s Nursery is the best ! Their plants are beautiful and top quality. I imagine the owners must talk or sing to them daily as they emit radiance and love. You will see what I mean when you visit !
Besides their beautiful plants to choose from, you will receive genuine service, unlike other places focused on making a sale.

Staff is great and knowledgeable . They have many plants/trees not readily available at other nurseries or Home Depot/Lowes. Reasonable prices and they will order plants for you. I have been replacing stuff lost with hurricanes and it’s my go to nursery. Pic is a dwarf bougainvillea I bought 2 years ago. Was in a one gal pot. May not be clear in photo but it’s about 12” high and 4’ by 3’ wide.

Ordered 80, 7 gallon pitch apple plants. When they were delivered there were over 70 that were only 2 feet tall. Lowe's and Home Depot were all 3 feet or bigger, same price. They offered no help adjusting the price.

Very nice selection of Florida landscaping trees, plants and shrubs. The staff is very helpful and the prices are very reasonable for the health and quality of the plants. They are knowledgeable about what does well in different environments and light. This is one of those rare places we lose to development over the years. A slice of the agricultural history of the area around Robinson’s Preserve. There used to be quite a number of nurseries in the area and Orban’s is one of the few remaining. We’ll worth the drive here, even if you live in LWR. We’ve been to other large scale nurseries…and the service at Orban’s is very personal and friendly.

I live close by and I always enjoy dropping in to see what’s new in the plant center. I’ve never had any problems with the plants I’ve purchased, as they’re always so healthy. The staff is very knowledgeable and will give you guidance on replanting and taking care of your purchases.

The are selling milkweed that has been sprayed with pesticides! I asked before purchase if the milkweed was sprayed and was told no. I bought $100.00 of milkweed and brought it home to feed my caterpillars, only to have then start dying the next day, signs of poisoning! I called the manager only to be told I could not return or get a refund. She said no refunds regardless of the reason. No signs stating their no return policy anywhere by checkouts. I'm sure after this review there will be one posted! I definitely think this is very poor customer service and definitely will never return and tell all my friends and family not to patronage this business! I'd give 0 star if I could!In response to Tyler Orbans, I asked your manager Angie to provide me with the name of the truck lines that delivered your plants and she told me she would look into it and call me back which of course she never did. What better way to get to the bottom of it by talking with the truck lines. The plants were sprayed with pesticides as the pictures clearly show it. I have been raising monarchs for years and know what I'm doing. I still say you have poor customer service and I will never patronage your business again.

Not as much variety as I expected in a nursery. Some staff are knowledgeable, others less so. Some of their plants looked healthy, others looked like they were in need of a bit of tlc.
