I was given false information on installation of my car part and now my car is susceptible to damage because of their lack of information. If you can't give all the information then they shouldnt give any at all. Also when trying to acquire if my part had come in, I was hung up on twice and put on hold for 30 minutes. Only after I got a hold of the corporate office did I get a answer, In which corporate had to wait on hold for 30 minutes as well.

Purchased new windshield wipers online for pickup. They had it ready in less than 10 minutes. They also offer free installation, just ask and they'll be glad to help you. Thank you, Mickey, for getting my order ready quickly and installing my windshield wipers in 50° weather! You're a rock star!

Horrible experience. Mainly just company policy. It sucks. Maybe sucks All the way around for any store but mainly O'Neill's. Your return policy truly sucks would like to have it under review but I know corporations don't act that way, especially when. Mainly most things on a car nowadays are electronic and if you plug it up + it frankly doesn't work for the vehicle or something else is wrong with the vehicle and you try to return said product to these people and they will not take it. It's highway robbery just to be frank and if any other policy hampers me and that in such a way I do not and I'll repeat. Do not return ever. You won't ever get a dime for me

Excellent service, got me out of a wrong part (ordered via vehicle vin number from a different vendor, guaranteed to fit… didn’t fit) problem.
May have been luck that they had the correct part in stock, but it worked out for me in the end!

I visited today and had an extremely disappointing experience. Based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, it would be better to shut this place down immediately

I was trying to get through but nobody answered the phone for over ten min. I was determined to let it ring until someone answered but ten min is my limit. I will never call this location for parts again. I will also advise those I know to do the same
