This pack and shipping service is awesome, and I highly recommend them. I contacted them to ship some of my mom‘s heirlooms after she passed, which included two paintings; one was expensive. I had to ship them from Florida to California, I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg, and also wanted to make sure they were going to make it safely. I went on Google and I found Pack Mail and the good reviews. I mostly dealt with Everett, but I was also helped by Jake. Everett was very attentive, understanding, patient, and responsive. He understood my situation, and I felt that he and Pak Mail were taking my needs seriously. The paintings arrived earlier than expected, and the packing job was great. The estimate was extremely reasonable, and a lot less than I was quoted by other companies, by thousands. I highly recommend Pak Mail a for packing and packing valuable items.

Awesome place! Jake and Everett are so helpful! We’re cleaning out my aunts house and had a bunch of paintings she made to send to family. They aren’t of monetary value but sentimental. They helped us find the most economical way to safely ship her items. We’re so proud to have memories of her in 8 different homes thanks to them. You won’t be disappointed!

Jake is a great employee and representative for your store. He was intent on caring about the details of the glass items I needed shipped so they would arrive safely. During my time there, I had to wait for payment from an online buyer and I got to witness him in action with other customers that stopped in. He treated everyone with kindness and respect, and people seemed drawn to opening up to him. The world needs more Pak Mail Jakes.

Paid $78.00 for the packing of an electric scooter to return to the manufacture. Product shipment fee was already paid for, all that was required was a box with packing. Once the package arrived, the warehouse provided pictures and what I paid for was far from what I thought I was paying for.

Very friendly and efficient place, opens at 830 am. Employee (owner?) offered me a cup of coffee ☕ while I waited. Great place for faxing, copies, color photos, mailboxes there too. All kinds of shipping. Perfect small business--knows the community.

Pak Mail sent me an estimate, picked up my item from Helmuth Stone Gallery, did a excellent job packing my fragile item, and had it sent to me safely and in a timely manner. Their team was very communicative all along the way and I couldn't be happier with their service! I highly recommend Pak Mail in Bradenton!
