Ever since the new owner has taken over it became a crappy marina!! I lived there almost three years!! The new owner wanted to blame the liveaboards with the bigger boats for wires burning up there boats when he had two 50amp boats hooked up to one 30 amp breaker!! Pedestals had been under water from past hurricanes before never replaced them just plugged boats back in!! He bought the marina unseen and then never did anything but put in cameras!!! That didn't work and u got charged for watching cameras!!! And the internet sucked then wants to go up on ur rent like 300.00 or more a month with no upgrades!!! Now Milton has come in and destroyed docks and boats and he is sending out emails less then a week later saying you need to get ur boat out!!! How about let peoples insurance adjuster come in and do there process of either totaling out boats or whatever they are gonna do!!! Most of those people just lost everything!! Not like he is gonna give back the security deposit because he didn't do his home work and make sure all his t's were crossed!!! Puts huge boats in to slips that were not ment for that size boat!!!! GREGG IS A SLUM LORD MARINA OWNER AND NOW UNFORTUNATELY MOTHER NATURE HAS
PAID HIM BACK BIG TIME!!!!!
Well let's just say something one we were on a month to month I did give ur manager notice I was leaving!!! A month a head of time!!! Two we showed you that we paid first and security when we moved in!!! And told u to keep the deposit we showed u the checks!!!! And when u bought the marina it was all supposably asked by all of us about what we paid for deposits!!! Third the 30 amp breaker from the circuit breaker in the circuit box was a thirty amp breaker!!! We had been complaining about that for months and told u something was wrong!!!! And never had a problem after we went and fixed the issue and put in a bigger breaker so you are more than welcome!!! And yes I know that a lot of people lost there boats there and to them I am truly sorry!!!!!

Just there to check out a boat. Very secure, but if I was looking to live aboard, I think I'd choose a marina with better facilities. Idk much about the costs or anything else.
