A well stocked store, but there is more to it than that. They stock the good dog foods you know about but also the rare or niche foods others do not carry. And they ship from the store right to you very quickly. Friendly and helpful staff and a world of top quality toys, leashes, and collars, as well. I’m shopping here from now on.

Never have I gone into this particular store and not gotten superb assistance. They asked me at the door if there's anything they can help me with. They carry out dog food for me, they hold things for me until I can get there, they call other stores to see if they can get items for me, and the list goes on. Personal assistance is amazing here!

Not the big guys. But had everything I needed for our pups.The smiles from the staff seemed genuine. I enjoyed visiting here, and the prices seemed on par with some of those “other places”I’ll keep returning.

Anyone ever try and get a refund from these people? my debit card refund receipt is dated 1-19-24, it is now 1-29-24 and every time I call they tell me it takes longer to process this brainteaser! They now tell me it takes 10 business days! Last time I called it was 3-5 business days. I guess their software takes the weekends off!
