What does it matter?! Support didn't care! I lost my cat back on Dec 16, I was dealing with a lot plus health issues. Before I had to put him down, I went to my local store to buy some cans Specific to Petco and nowhere else. They didn't have all the small cans to hold me over until delivery. I picked up some of the larger size just in case. Yesterday I went to make the return. I thought I had the in store receipt but I just have thrown the wrong one away. Then there's my online order. They couldn't even find my online purchase I made around the end of Nov, and I had No problem bringing it up at home! I'm still dealing with health matters, it was all I could do just to get there for them to say, sorry we can't do anything for you. I AM LIVID!!!Now I have to make Another trip out there, with the online receipt I was able to print, but then again... I don't even know if they'll take it back since I'm just outside the 60 days policy. Good grief, canned cat food has a long shelf life... There's nothing wrong with the product! Chewy even takes returns past 90 days. I've never had a problem like this in the past; I am so livid, I'm ready to be done with you guys! ???

We have taken our new puppy to the training classes provided at this location. I must say that Judy is amazing. Very knowledgeable at what she does, and she does it well. Our pup just loves going to class and can't wait to see her. I highly recommend training your pup in one of Judy's classes.

The lady with the shaved head told me I could not buy a beta fish because I had a normal fish tank, not the $60 fish tank they were selling in the store. She kept refusing to sell me the fish.

Over 4 plus hours for a dam standard grooming. He’s a small dog, his appointment was 10:30 it’s 1:17’now and he’s still not done! This is completely unacceptable. Lets see how they fix this,

In mid-September I was given a betta fish. I've never owned one before and a friend who got one at the same time said the staff at Petco was so helpful when she bought her supplies. With that recommendation, I went to the Manatee Ave (Bradenton, FL) Petco store. My first experience was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and even discouraged me from buying things I would not need. I purchased a tank with a light kit, a thermometer and some water conditioner. I set everything up right away and moved my fish, JJ, into his new home. All was great until Friday (about 6 weeks after the purchase). The light stopped working. It's powered by USB or battery, but I've always used the USB. I can't see buying batteries on a regular basis for this. I contacted customer service and they said go to the store. Saturday, I went to the store. I didn't have my receipt and it had been more than 30 days, but there was nothing they could do for me. I would have to buy a new tank. I felt that was ridiculous and left my broken light kit there. Because it had been more than 30 days, there was nothing they could do. They didn't offer to find my receipt through customer rewards or anything. My only option was to buy a new tank and kit. I was so mad that I left. I should have bought the new one, switched out the lights and returned it then and there, but that thought came to mind later. Now, I am shopping for a new light kit for the existing tank. I can tell you one thing for sure, it won't come from Petco. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. They may be fine for things like food or non-electronic items, but they've lost my business for good. I went based on a recommendation when two other pet stores were closer. I'll use those closer stores in the future.
