I purchased my Bernese mountain dog from this establishment. Upon coming home with my new puppy, he started showing symptoms of kennel cough immediately. I took him to my vet and indeed he had kennel cough. He was prescribed antibiotics. I have other dogs in my house who also contracted kennel cough. On day 9 of the sickness my new puppy took a turn for the worst and had to be seen at the emergency vet twice in two days. X rays and bloodwork were performed to rule out pneumonia. I contacted Petz support Petlands
Hotline to get reimbursed for all of our extra expenses. I paid $5000 for our new puppy and then over $2000 in vet bills. I was just told by petz support that they will not be reimbursing me because my new puppy’s symptoms did not get worst until day 9. Buyer beware. We love our dog Tony but please do not support this place. They are not honest and they will not hold by their own rules of reimbursing you if your new puppy comes home sick.
