Loved the huge selection of clothes! The staff was super rude and kept giving very contemptuous looks and acted like we were bothersome whenever they were asked simple questions. They never smiled at anyone, would snap at one another and when I requested to put in my points for my checkout, the girl heaved this huge sigh and started typing super dramatically like we were such a pain to help. Not a huge fan of their overall moodiness and cattiness. It felt like dealing with a bunch of immature middle schoolers at a mall together and not actively paid employees there to service people.

Absolutely love this store! Always a great selection and clean. Was very happy with how full the store was today. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the employees working today. As I don’t live in the area I visit a few times a year to shop so I wasn’t quite sure of the fitting room system. (Maybe there was a sign i didn’t see) but unfortunately when I asked if I could get a fitting room I was told that I could go into any of the rooms that were open which I didn’t see off the bat and the way I was spoke to seemed as if I was an inconvenience to whoever..I’m assuming the shift lead working on a side task. After I tried my items on I walked over to get checked out there were two girls at one counter chatting and processing a buy while the other girl (I assume the lead) was still tasking. After waiting at the counter patiently 5-7 minutes passed and I finally was checked out after another customer had to tell the girl tasking that I was ready for check out. A. After I was standing there for sometime B. After she had acknowledged me and ignored my presence and continued to task before the other customer said something. I’m normally not one to say anything if I have one bad employee interaction at a store as I know people are busy and some people have bad days this one rubbed me the wrong way and I hope this can be taken care of.

I really enjoy shopping here I always find the cutest clothes for so cheap and excellent condition most of my clothes I buy from there are cheap and still with tags and name brand items I highly recommend!

Horrible staff this has been a problem for years. Shame on the owner for allowing his employees to record and post customers making fun of them on tik tok. Everyone in the area knows to avoid this place but I was hoping after years of horrible customer service it would finally be resolved but I was extremely let down.

We come here occasionally when we clean out our closets and need extra cash. My husband and I went to bring in some of his jeans and dickies work pants today, and the three girls working behind the counter were making rude or unnecessary comments about his items and were recording on their phones and laughing. I imagine they thought we couldn't hear or see them where we were while browsing in the store, but we did. We completely understand items not being accepted for various reasons like age or brand etc, but they could at least be courteous of people's feeling when they are bringing in their belongings to be reviewed for purchase. We left feeling shameful for even bringing anything in and felt like they were mocking us. The embarrassment and $5 for two items wasn't worth the 20 minute drive here. Don't think we'll be back in the future after today's visit.

I hadn’t been to a Plato‘s closet in a very, very long time. After reading the reviews, I was a little bit nervous to pack up all of the things that I was parting with and take them to this location, but I have to say I was very impressed. All of the staff were very kind and professional, no issues at all. They didn’t take many of my items due to them being on the dressier side, and mentioned that most of what they’re looking for is going to be more casual items. Completely understandable, I know they cater to a younger demographic. If you’ve read the other reviews and are worried, don’t be, the staff here were all great!

The new owner has done a great job! There was a ton of selection, and the staff were stocking the racks with even more the whole time I was there. I found both women’s and men’s clothes for me and friends, and it was so affordable! Will definitely be back!

Skye was such a joy. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even more unique pieces that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Skye has great customer service and works very efficiently, such a great asset to the team!

All the reviews are truth, staff is rude. All my clothes were “not good enough because they are too formal” when I had Under Armor leggings, CK t-shirts, swimming clothes and forever 21 dresses. Really? the joke tells itself 🤡
Stop employing spoiled and moody teenagers.

So I brought a bunch of clothes and shoes and was told they had a cigarette smell on them they liked some of them needed to be washed to get rid of the smell so I want to hide and watch them to come back the next day and then was told that they didn't want any of them complete wasted time poor management not recommend anybody to bring anything there garbage establishment been to other Plato's closets which were much nicer and better.
