The bumper installed by this company came off even before my wife got home. They didn't paint with the same color. When I called the same day they were already closed, when I contacted them on the next business day they said it was the fault of the insurance that ordered to install a non-original part. Insurance told him to give a second chance and when my wife came to show the problem they accused her of having crashed the car again after collecting the car. They lie and besides that he was rude to her. Fake accusation, discrimination for being a woman and more. Don't fix your car with people of this level. Our lawyer will take care of this from now on because she doesn't feel safe to go in this place.

So far the work seems to be holding up and looks pretty good, however I didn’t get any updates over the course of 2 weeks, and they left a big scratch in the leather on my steering wheel

Excellent work done. Would have received 5 stars if not for following
1. Did not receive updates. Was waiting on timeline due to possibility of extended timeline, depending if new parts were needed.
2. Needed to be asked to charge EV battery when charge level dropped below 20%
3. Significant sanding debris found under driver side seat cover and surrounding area
In the end what mattered most to me was quality of work.
