This company was literally right next to my residents. I was looking for a certain sized screw to be able to reach the depth in my wall. Anyway they are basically remodeling the inside to be basically all online or atleast most of the features. I noticed these metal plastic drawer sets that are 2 by 6 with 12 small shelves that where empty. I asked if they where selling them cause I could use them for my business of my online 2ndnhand good store, and in the end they gifted them to me and saidni could retrieve the rest. I've just been so in my business that I haven't had time to go grab them. I hope they still have them cause tomorrow im finally available andnim going to try andngrab the rest. Great service. Will recommend!

Sorry for the bad review. Everything started out good and I was able to get a quote for one type of windows from you. The person doing the quotes indicated that they have a different line of windows that might be more affordable, so I asked for a quote. I’ve been trying to get that quote for quite a while. I’ve been emailing and calling for months and no reply. I have a whole house full of windows, doors, trim, etc. to buy and I wanted to buy from Builders First Source, but I might have to go to a competitor.

I waited too long for one window we paid an arm and a leg for and the service rep was unhelpful. However, once management was made aware that window did come swiftly and I appreciate that. So I am switching my 1 star review to 4 stars because I wouldn't want to judge a whole business by one disinterested employee.
