My experience with Public Storage has worked great for my needs, Very clean and secure ,temp controls units. OH!!! last but not least there is young lady 😇Angelica the day I met her she was amazing so polite took care of my Public Storage needs. I have a couple issues with this location from the start and had to drive well over 4 hours to this location to resolve it.
Angelica helped me resolve those issues in a timely manner, she was calm, friendly and VERY professional the whole time. At the end of my transaction with her I was in a better mood than when I walked in. Everything resolved and I have to say I highly recommend this location!

The property’s manager was rude and told me my stuff was going to auction but gave me a date a month wrong. Also no one informed me of a late fee when I paid my bill online nobody added it to my monthly statement. They just kept taking my money and that’s how my stuff was going to auction the property manager, never answers her phone or calls you back the customer service people however, were very helpful, they end up taking off the blacklist. But I also still have a leak that’s been ruining my things for the past five months

My unit a cess us broken. Went 4 days in a row. No one on Duty to help. Was told they would be there all day Thursday. Went in the morning and then at 315. No one. Locked out of my unit because of a bent slide lock. This is ridiculous!

Great place to store your excess stuff. I rented 10x15 with easy access pull up out side unit, I had no issues at all few months I was there. Manager on site was always easy to work with.

Jessica the manager is highly knowledgeable and attentive to her customers' needs-- I saw her interact with multiple customers yesterday, along with taking care of my storage unit rental. During these extra tough times, Jessica and her location are my recommendation for those hard hit by the hurricanes.

After being hit by both Helene and Milton, i was able to secure a strorage room via the 1800 #. Unfortunately the site had no power and we wasted gas getting back and forth to st pete, for no reason, during a gas shortage. O stars for that!!
Obviously i was pretty pissed by the time it did reopen. Jessica was so nice and patient. It was a mad house but she kept calm, helped everyone with a smile. 5 stars to her!

My storage unit was clean and all ready to go. Renting the unit was quick and efficient.. My only negative comment is that they need a lot more carts. But if you
have your own cart, it is smooth sailing!

So this facility really disappointed me. Hurricane had hit on Friday. People impacted needed storage. Multiple parties trying to access the facility at a time. A nice facility, however, NO ONE was at facility, only ONE of 2 elevators were available. Only ONE dolly available to serve 5-10 customers. And absolutely no human being to call to help alleviate the situation. This is truly total self service with no day of support!

Melissa and Jessica was and has been such an amazing help. Melissa went above and beyond to help get my storage unit. They both always have the best and most upbeat attitude whenever I see them.I gave them 4 stars because when I set up my storage online, I was given a unit that wasn't set up and I couldn't get a hold of the front desk so I had to leave my belongings outside the unit for 2 days. To say I was irritated is an understatement. Also, when the storm hit, my unit along with 2 other units had a lot of flooding which damaged some of my belongings

Jessica couldn’t have been more helpful or taken better care of me. She truly went above and beyond and was a total lifesaver! I am in the process of downsizing from a bigger unit to a smaller unit and I just have to say that I have visited a lot of storage facilities in this area and I love that I have never once seen any indication of roaches or rats or anything else like it at this facility and I am there often going through my stuff and getting rid of as much as I can. It’s always very clean and I have no worries of having an infestation introduced to my home when I bring stuff home from my storage. That’s huge!!!
