Publix Pharmacy in Lakewood Ranch deserves nothing short of a glowing Google review! The pharmacists here are absolute stars. Their exceptional service goes beyond the ordinary – a perfect blend of professionalism and genuine kindness. Moving from other locations, I can confidently say that these pharmacists stand out for their unwavering commitment to customer care. In an environment that may not be the most glamorous, they shine bright with their friendly demeanor and a willingness to go the extra mile. If you're looking for a pharmacy that not only fulfills prescriptions but also does it with a smile and warmth, this is the place. Kudos to the team for consistently making my experience outstanding!

This is my ultimate favorite Publix to shop at! Jordan and Samar at the Deli are always polite, professional, and courteous! They make shopping here a great experience!

Do not go to this store if you ever want understanding, communication, or help in actually getting your prescription. If I did not work in healthcare, I would not have known that they were essentially lying to me about a back order. Their store did not have the medication and had no concern about filling it . Finally asked to have all RX scripts transferred to a pharmacy with a pharmacist that cares and actually contacts individuals and problem solves to ensure patients get the medicine their doctor prescribed. What if my meds and going without threatened my life and we'll-being?!?!

I've had a few prescriptions picked up from here and everyone has always been so helpful. When I didn't have my insurance, they would apply a coupon for me. Even if I had a coupon it didn't match what they could find! Thank you for all of your hard work during this pandemic and in general.

Day after Memorial Day and the line is out the door. Ok, I wait and I wait and I wait and nobody addresses the issue. Finally, the line starts moving (go ahead and review the video footage Publix, you'll see) and I make a comment about how this is unacceptable and dangerous since there were obviously old, and infirm people behind me. Retort by a USF student: "Well, we were closed yesterday." Me: "I understand, but this is still unacceptable to address a consistently growing line with ignorance. I'm thinking I'll take my business elsewhere." USF student: "Good, you go ahead and take your business elsewhere." Me:...jaw dropped...wait, did I just hear that correctly? You DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS OR MONEY? Ok. Cool. I'll make sure to let management know, which I did. I intend to follow up with management to see if any corrective action has been taken, otherwise Publix has officially LOST ALL MY BUSINESS. Well done!

In a climate where finding workers dedicated to customer service is a challenge, this Publix somehow manages to hire and train superstar staff. I'm a frequent customer of this Publix, and they continue to wow me. Their employees in the bakery, checkout, deli, pick up... all have always been outstanding and helpful. Their supply is typically really consistent and they're rarely out of items when I do pick up orders (unlike Walmart). I love the app and recipe function as well as the chat capabilities. It's always clean too:)

Visited the Deli tonight ~5:30pm and waited in line as there was no grab and go chicken ready, but when I kindly asked “Rebecca” if they were planning to make more this evening and if so did she have an approximate time her response to me was rude, condescending and stated “once I leave this spot I can go and find out for you”. (It’s really not what she said but how she’s said it). I waited for several minutes and she never returned. A guy came out the other side putting chicken out. I grabbed one and still never saw her. Got home to my “burnt” over cooked fried chicken. Thanks for ruining my Sunday!

Do not get your covid shot at this Publix. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I had an appointment which I showed up 10 min early for. They said to fill out this form, I did. I asked if my wife could get her shot at same time. She had an appointment for about an hour later. She said no, we are booked up for every 10 min. We were there for almost an hour and no body else showed up the whole time. First lie. I sat in waiting area waiting for my shot for 20 min. My wife shopped at the store for 20 min and came back. She asked if I got my shot, I said no. So she went up to counter and asked what was going on, they said my appointment was canceled. WHAT? So I went up and asked how did my appointment get canceled? They said it happens sometimes. WHAT? My wife threw a fit so they made us wait another 10 min. And finally we got both of our shots. It is like they do not want to give shots. Never apologized for the wait and no other customers were there. It took almost an hour to get a 5 min shot. We will probably never shop there again. I am not going to commit on the other lie.

This Publix has probably the worst employee attitude I have ever experienced in all of my 50 some years! What a disgrace of a grocery store,.... one that claims to be the "best" in Florida LMBO. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM ANYWHERE NORTH OF HERE.

The staff was friendly and polite. Shelves were fully stocked and I tried the new key lime frapp. The gentleman that prepared was super friendly and pleasant and a pleasure to chat with.

We have relied entirely on Instacart delivery from our local Publix. On the plus side they have a wide selection of products - from food to household. Delivery service has been excellent, although you ate paying either an annual fee or a per delivery fee, plus the service tip. The peace of mind from avoiding public spaces is priceless. On the flip side they do not carry certain brand names, relying instead on their private label. Some of their private label products are just not that great (sausage and cheeses for example). Veggies and fruits are tough when you cannot pick em yourself, so that part has been hit and miss. Overall...solid
