Hurricane Milton hit more than three months ago, and remnants of the protective sheets Publix used still litter the surrounding area.
UPDATE.
Nobody cares. Someone from Publix HQ (I guess) sent an email asking for the location and that's it - trash is still there.

The store is clean, and the checkout staff are very friendly and interactive. However, the staff stocking shelves are less than friendly, have zero interaction, and very often have no problem blocking the aisle rather than placing their cart out of the middle of the aisle allowing customers greater access. Opposite of what I found in the last Publix where we shopped in another city. In my opinion this is a training opportunity and thus, a leadership issue. The pharmacy personnel are outstanding.

We were in the area traveling. Decided to try the place. Was OK. Wish I had ordered something else. Had the blackened chicken sandwich. Was so thin that the cheese was thicker than
it chicken had no flavor. I would give it another chance with a different item. Just was not happy with the chicken sandwich. Waitress was awesome. Great atmosphere

"I love Publix! However, it’s disappointing to see that, instead of helping the community, you chose to take advantage. It's sad to witness how, from one day to the next, the price per pound for chicken became more expensive, with a second sticker placed over the original price. We are going through difficult times, facing devastation and damage. This is not the time to take advantage of people."

I love that their subs for online order pickups are so close to where it's made.
Found out a few days ago you can steam shrimp back in the seafood area. Very nice wouod recommend with bay seasoning.
Very easy layout of the store.
Helpful staff and clean environment.

They seriously need to do a better job at checking their produce for expiration, it’s honestly getting ridiculous at this point. I’ve had it happen twice so far where I’ve been sold something expired, tonight just so happened to be almost a month expired sausage packet that smelled horrific when I opened it. Being a pregnant woman who already cannot handle normal smells it was disappointing to say the least to have dinner ruined. Management please do better at getting your staff to check every item because that was genuinely unacceptable.
