I live in the city that it was founded as well as part-time in this area. A big big difference, between locales, you can take your rotten. I don't want to wait on anyone attitude, and bury it. If you keep that up you won't have customers that are loyal. If this happens again, I will make a formal complaint to the corporation which is really not that hard to do considering they are in Lakeland. Your choice.

This has never happened until today this isn't how I ordered my sub I can't even keep the lettce on its falling off the top I asked for it on first on the bottom and the lady didn't listen to a single word I said she made it how she felt not how I asked got very little buffalo sauce on 4 cucumber shit ton of tomatoes which is not how I asked please just have the guy do it next time he makes it right when I come in

Incompetent Western Union clerk and her manager. I wanted to send my brother in Europe a few hundred dollars on Oct. 3 at 7:00pm at this particular Publix store. They refused to serve me, because my first name is spelled in full on my driver license, and I use its short version on my WU account. The spelling of my last name, the address, my brother's name as the receiver were all correct; it’s been the same for decades; I never had any problems at any WU locations . This time though, at this Publix, they wanted to play the cops or something. Mind you, I was the sender, not that I wanted to get any money. And oh, the "lady" manager's attitude: "I am speaking now!" My God, I never ever had such a bad experience at any Publix, or any other store, actually. Maybe they don't like foreigners there...
So I drove to another Publix, where my money was accepted and transfered to Europe in minutes - as always, except at this Publix at Beachway Plaza in Bradenton.

Placed an order for a friend's 50th birthday. It was the cupcake gator cake. Shows green in picture, I choose pink icing for the cupcakes. Today when she went to pick up said cake. This is what it looked like ( see attached photo) Looks like a gator with some bad withdrawal issues. Not even pink!! I live a 1000 plus miles from the store, so I called the bakery manager to let them know I wasn't happy. Bakery manager was very rude said it wasn't her fault and she wasn't going to fix issue. So I asked to talk to the store manager he did offer the money back on said cake. Thank you to Kevin. Just a huge let down for what was supposed to be something special for a friend's 50th. So if you need a withdrawn looking gator cake you know where to go.

The management at this location have a gift for picking all-star supporting teenagers to work the front of the store. They work hard and are very pleasant. It gives me hope.

Steven, an employee from Sarasota is such an angel, I caught him leaving work in the parking lot panicked because my car died and he quickly came to my rescue to jump it for me! This man deserves a raise asap! Talk about going above and beyond!

I had a terrible experience while picking up my sub yesterday. I come to find only
Half of my sub in the cold fridge while I had ordered a full sub to be toasted. I brought it up to the associate making the subs, Shannon, and she aggressively grabbed my sub and slammed it down next to her without acknowledging it. She never apologized nor looked up to say she’d work on it. It was just an inconvenience that I ordered for pick up and it wasn’t it complete.
