Super easy check in especially being able to do with my phone text. Service was good. Tech could have smiled more although as it should be she was very focused on her job and I was in and out in no time

Not sure why they have the policy of only 2 venipunctures per patient per visit. I understand that a phlebotomist should only poke the patient twice, then have to get someone who has more experience. Then, that phlebotomist also gets only 2 attempts. However, forcing me to make another appointment (that I have to fast for) the next morning instead of just getting the other technician in the first visit was silly and very inconvenient. šPleasešchange this policy!

Scheduling appt online was Great...Check in on phone Great...Alexi was great..Results of labs on my phone the next day...At a time in history when the Medical Establishment is collapsing, Quest Labs stands out as Efficient and Highly Unusual...CONGRATS!!! Again I was sent to have blood work done. My philobonymous was extremely rude to me and very rough extracting my blood. I will however commend her for being able to get me on her first stick.

There was patient in waiting area having trouble signing in and finding the test they needed. The lab tech that came to the waiting waiting to call back a client was VERY rude and not helpful. Told her to call Question. The lad tech that call ed meā no good morning . Just t take a left room 4. I donāt think she ever looked me in the face. Very poor and cold interaction. No good by thank you or anything. Might as well have a robot in the room. š”

i had my blood drawn this morning by kelli! she was amazing, super supportive as i was afraid of getting my blood drawn. she used a smaller needle and made conversation with me to keep my mind off of it. she was incredibly kind.

If you live in the Bradenton area, the location on Manatee close to downtown Bradenton has been consistently terrific for me. My recent experience with Kelly was superb. She was very personable, loved her personality. She made it as painless as is possible. Waiting room, check in process, ability to leave the building while you wait, short wait time. . . all of it, really seamless. I appreciate they make it a positive experience since it's not something I look forward to. Thanks!

Very quick and friendly. I have been go to Quest at Ellenon but they were mean and slow. I can tell the different here and there. May take you a drive but worth it.
